Mobo: Acer MOBO( no sure bout the spec), going to change Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P or Asus P5G41T-M LX(suggestion?)
CPU: intel Core 2 duo E8400
PSU: Powerhunt 650W
Ram: 2Gb 800mhz kingston gaming ddr2 , and 1gb acer 600mhz ddr2
HD: 320Gb (came along when i bought acer rig)
GPU: Geforce GT220
Monitor: HP LP2465 24In
Windows 7 64-bit
Any suggestion to upgrade my rig?

shall i change my processor?

I got a core 2 duo processor p8600, and recently i found out there are some problem with my motherboard. Because of socket, i got limitation in choosing motherboard. shall i change my motherboard along with the processor.suggestion pls....
