Wintel Engineer :
Indepth technical experience of Windows server technology
5 - 6 years experience in Wintel
2 years experience in Virtualisation
Technical Capability

Strong knowledge on install, configure and manage Microsoft Windows OS, Vmware .
Strong experience in VMware host and Guest OS management skills
Troubleshooting skills in OS related issues
Patch management (SCCM), Virus Management (TREND MICRO), Firmware & BIOS upgrade
Working Knowledge of File servers
Log monitoring/maintenance
Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.
Power Shell and PowerCLI is desire.

Unix Engineer :
3 - 5 year’s relevant experience in system and infrastructure support
Experience with scripting, task automation, and best security practices for server installation and administration
Experienced in UNIX (Solaris and AIX), Linux (Oracle, Redhat, SUSE & CentOS), Virtualization technologies (Oracle & RedHat) and SAN infrastructure products (SAN & NAS), Backup products (Veritas/NetBackup & Virtual Tape Library), manage platform service over Cloud platform and knowledge in Oracle/ WebLogic, will be an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation
Ability to work under pressure

Exchange Engineer :
3-5 years' experience supporting Exchange 2010/2013
3-5 years' experience with Active Directory - Group Policy Management, creating/adding new users
3-5 years' experience in an enterprise Windows virtualized environment
hands-on exposure in managing Lync 2013(Skye for Business)

DB Engineer :
Optimizing the queries, indexing, partitioning the data
Defining and creating Archiving, Purging scripts and policies for Databases
Hand-on experience in partitioning, indexing and performance tuning of databases.
Hands-on experience in working with oracle database is a must

Responsible for oversight of infrastructure programs & projects in support of business driven initiatives.

Take infrastructure projects initial concept through final implementation utilizing project management disciplines and methodologies.

Estimate project scope & staffing while integrating resources to deliver defined project milestones, on time and within budget.

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of infrastructure projects to ensure that goals & objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames & funding parameters
