Wanting to get a New rig Excluding Monitor,Casing,HDD,DVD, Mouse and Keyboard.

I have no idea what i want to get, that's why i want all you Sifus to recommend me what to get.

my budget is 3k and what i want is a good computer that can play all current games at maxed out graphics and can also last for 3-4 years before mine is outdated and cant play games at max performance. I also use my computer for picture and video editing.

So, what do you guys think?

Upgrade Graphic Card!

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of upgrading my graphic card cause recently it burned and now my display is rainbow colored. Anyway i was planning of upgrading my graphic card sooner or later.

This is my current Rig:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz
Mobo: MS-7387
GC: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
OS: Win XP SP3 32-bit
LCD: Samsung SyncMaster 943nwx

That's about it, i want upgrade my GC, Mobo and of course my PSU. With a budget of RM1.7k what kind of Upgrade can i get? Should i stay with nVidia Graphic cards or should i get a ATI Graphic Card and i dun know anything about Mobo's and PSU so...i really need all you pros advice...Thanks!

I want to change my graphic card for a long time but i dun know whats the best graphic card to get that is compatible with my computer...
So can someone tell me what graphic card to get with a budget of RM800...
My current GC is nVidia GeForce 8400GS....<<<<SUCKS!!...XD
