            <title>A static ip?</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/623107</link>
<description>I need some help here, as most of you guys might notice, our main isp provider in Malaysia, Streamyx is currently using dynamic ip&amp;#39;s settings for all 256k/512k/1M/2M plan. I&amp;#39;m currently on a 1M plan and was trying to get a static ip address as there are some gaming website that actually only allowed certain players (ip address) to login for beta or security purposes.&lt;br /&gt;I tried calling up Streamyx and they told me they cant do anything bout it but i was wondering if there is any suggestions/ideas that i can static my ip or is there an extra hardware device that could do that?</description>
