I searched around the forum and found there are no thread discussing this software,would share my experience which everyone who used/using this software

Personally i finds this software eats a whole chunk outta phone's ram....only 18~20mb remaining which i can hardly use some program without errors....

so is there anyone here experiencing the same problem?

i joined FF months back,now i'm still (slowly) trying here and there.... earlier i read this article on wikipedia....and there's a picture which uses chart to express the Fox and Haskell Formula. so if i wish to achieve different result of exercise,will following the heart rate mentioned there suffice?if i wish to train my endurance,will maintain my heart rate within aerobic zone suffice? or that chart should be used in conjunction with something else? thanks in advance!

[WTA]removing paint stains from my car

few days back,somebody throws a plastic bag containing black paint into my neighbour's house,they thrown it so high the paint spread to my my car which is parked in my porch...

so now basically now my car's roof is stained with the black paint,do i need to repaint or is there a way to remove it (e.g. bring it to the car wash shop which they might have idea how to remove it?)

Oh yea...if it's in wrong section,mod please over it to appropriate place,thanks....

Hi there everyone,i was thinking of getting a new sound card,for budget around 100+ should be ok la....the most important thing is it will work on vista and will actually have drivers installer for it.i owns a sound blaster live digital entertainment now but now due to the driver issue,i'm not getting the full power outta my speaker.

any recommendation? thanks
