Reason for sale:Bought from 3rd party because no more stock from Machine, but item is confirmed Malaysia set. I was Iphone user, but switch to Android a year ago. Now have both Note 10 Plus and Iphone 11 Pro, I think Note 10 is more suitable for me. The stylus is very handy.

However the Iphone 11 Pro Max is awesome. It's camera beat Note 10Plus camera hands down. The phone is solid, immaculate.

Run Faster and Stronger

i have a noob question... for expert in body builder and cardio.

Theoritically, our body need more muscle to move around. the more muscle you have, the more stronger you are. using this theory, if we compare two average Joes, one with more muscle in their legs (hamstring, gluteals, calf...), will the one with more muscle run faster and stronger?? we can assume that they have same fat and muscle composition in their body.

if its true, then it certainly can help the obese people, where they can train their leg to develop their muscle. then can run faster, loose bf faster...

i only realize that when yesterday i look back Real Madrid game against MU a few years back. Roberto Carlos back then has a HUGE hip and it looks muscular. no wonder he can hit the ball very hard...

i have a question.

for strength training, lifting weight, which one is better for a person wanting to just burn fat...

- higher rep with low equipment weight ??
- lower rep with higher equipment weigh??

because both way would end up "torturing" the muscle anyway, right??

hope there are many expert here can answer this...
