The myth of banking sector (sack issue)

Hi all,

There is a myth, saying that the staff working in banking sector when reach his/her 40+ age, the bank will sack him/her i n order to get some new people in as there are constantly new blood come in (fresh graduate) every year..... Is this myth is a truth or what??? can someone share here??

Hi all,

I wana to ask the career path for this engineering field, biomedical engineering... Anyone work in this field??? I have feedback from others saying that this field has bright future.... For fresh graduate who work in this field (biomedical), generally they learned to service and maintenance the medical equipment in hospital, sound like a service engineer or even sale engineer rather than clarified as biomedical engineer.... Many medical equipment company in malaysia didn't manufacture medical equipment in Malaysia, but there is some of them such as B Braun. Others only sell the imported one and provide some maintenance services. Can some of those who work in this field share their opinion here??? Is medical equipment field in Malaysia has bright future??? The fresh graduate in this field receiving starting salary start from RM 2000 to RM 2500.... Any info to share???

Hi all,

Is starting salary RM 2800 for an engineer (fresh graduate) is overpaid or underpaid??? There are various engineering principle such as service, civil , oil and gas,etc... The future is great but the salary increased is proportional to the experience of someone. If engineer can't catch up with the current trends, he/she might flow away by speed of technology development... Any idea??
