Hi guys,

I'm in the midst of selling a house and previously before selling the house, i made a 0 moving cost to another bank. Now when I try to sell my house, the current lawyer requested me to go ask the previous lawyer to do the withdrawal of caveat since in the 0 moving cost, there's a column of payment by the bank to the lawyer. However, the previous lawyer (Ajmer Sandhu & Ong ) Pulau Tikus branch, one of the lawyer named Sharon claimed that the bank did not pay them the registration of the withdrawal caveat but then bank said I must refer to the lawyer. I'm confused but the current lawyer who did the buy/sell for me told me the 0 moving cost is inclusive and he asked me to complaint to the bar.

Anyone knows about this rule? The lawyer named Sharon insists that the fee is not covered even though is written and she claimed that they give discount to the bank but did not inform anyone about it? She said the 0 moving cost does not cover the registration of caveat even though it's written on the receipt? Please help!!

If this is not the correct place, please do guide me to post it at the right place.
Athroscopic Surgery in Gleneagles Intan Ampang

Hi guys,

anywhere I can check the reputation of a doctor? I am doing arthroscopic surgery by Dr. Chan Kin Yuen this coming Friday in Gleneagles Intan Ampang. Anyone knows him?

He suggested Arthroscopic which he mentioned that the percentage of success would be almost similar to open surgery. However, another doctor says open surgery would be better as they can see the problem and resolve it better. From the web, almost everywhere points to open surgery success rate is higher and now I'm skeptical on the suggestion he gave me.

Anyone done Arthroscopic before and can give an opinion? If those had done under this doctor, do provide some opinion about him to add to his credential. Thanks.

Bankart Surgery or not?

Hi guys,

I have a condition with loose shoulder and bankart lesion in which might require surgery.

I have done my MRI but the doctor have yet to make any suggestion.

Currently, I just tendered my resignation and going to relocate to another place for a new job.

My dilemma is that I'd like to wait for my new job to settle down several months and then see if the pain is still there before I decide to do the surgery. My question is if I were to do surgery in future, will the insurance still pay? Since I'd gotten the MRI, I'm afraid that the new company insurance will not pay since they will take this as a reason that I'd gone through MRI in another hospital. However, I haven't gotten any update nor follow up with a suggestion that I need a surgery or anything yet.

If I do it now, can I still do the claim after I tendered my resignation since my real resignation date is still a month plus but I'm just clearing leave.

Any insurance agent who are experienced in this do shed some light

Thanks.

Hi guys,

i'm planning to do shoulder surgery and currently getting advice from SJMC and he suggested Dr. Chan. He mentioned about 2 types of surgery, 1 is open and another is to put some microscope stuff and remove something ... Is this place good? Anyone done any orthopaedic surgery before? Can give some opinion? Penang / PJ is alright

THanks for your help.

Fractured shoulder

3 years ago, i broke my shoulder bones ... (just imagine the bone actually bulge out about 2 inches from your shouder) from a one arm stand during breakdance ( instructor grabbed my leg during my 1 arm stand and caused the broken arm.). Didn't go find doctor or anything though since 2 months later, it kinda feel less and less aching though with frequent dislocation.

Recently I just joined a gym and during postworkout warm down, guess what, it dislocate again :S. I thought it should've healed pretty much after 3+ years but I was wrong. The thought of it not being able to heal kinda demotivates me to do anymore exercise as I can no longer keep up with those activity that requires my right arm to stretch ( eg: pull up bars, stretching ). I know it's not healing as much as it should. Getting older or it is impossible to heal already.

I'm just kinda ranting here and would like to know if anyone who had this kind of experience before did anything about it or just bear with it until ...

Multiple stiff neck

Just a quick question .. 5 weeks back, I got a stiff neck that made me barely able to move my neck and it took me about 3 weeks to heal partially and i note that there are multiple small stiff neck kept on occuring after that until today ... no more major ones like the first but it is quite painful. These days, having some inconsistencies of breathing issues and sharp headaches and nightmares.

Any chance of it being "stroke" or MS ( multiple sclerosis )?

Anyone Up for Photography Travelling?

Hi guys,

I'm planning to have a trip this November ( primarily picture taking and free & easy style ) but I have yet to identify the location. Initially was planning on Myanmar but hearsay the new year activity in April would be more enticing hence I'm postponing it to next year April.

Back to this coming Nov, I'm planning either East Malaysia or Cambodia. Can't figure out which would be better since both costs almost the same with AA anyway. I guess both has its attraction and perhaps i might most likely end up in East Malaysia.

If you have the same plan, do let me know, we can have a small group travelling.

Franchise with partner

Hi guys,

Anyone with experience on forming a partnership of 5 ppl and then borrow loan amounting to 1mil for franchise?
How to calculate minimum wealth to get 1mil borrowing?
What must we do to borrow for franchise?
Business plan for franchise prepared by franchisor or franchisee?
Which bank offer competitive rate?

I did think of a few ways but I know it is not going to be easy. Do share your opinion

scenario A:
- Startup a sdn. bhd.
- pool the money of all partner into the sdn. bhd.
- use the company name to open the franchise.
- borrow up to 75% of the money from bank.
- run the franchise
- Question: Is it possible to run a franchise business like that?
- Question: the sdn. bhd. is still new and no income. Can we borrow money?

Scenario B:
- Open the franchise under partnership
- use the partnership to borrow from bank 75%
- run the franchise
- Question: This is possible. But how do we calculate our networth in order to borrow 75% of the money?

All in All:
- How do we run a partnership franchise by borrowing money from bank/government?

Well, this is just my thought. I'm unsure myself and therefore it is open to constructive criticism.
I may be too naive based on the scenario above and I know there are more to it and therefore I post this up.

Do share with me your idea Thanks for your time.
