Update HP printer firmware using USB DEV

Hi All,

I'm getting an error on a network printer. It is showing Error loading, Send RFU update through USB DEV.

I found resolution as per below :
1 How to send the firmware upgrade using a USB connection:
2 Open a DOS Command Prompt (in Windows NT® 4.0, 2000, or XP, click Start, Run, then type CMD and press OK, or in Windows 9x click Start, Programs, Accessories, and then click MSDOS Prompt.) and locate the directory where you saved the firmware file.
3 Type: copy /b filename \\computer name\share name
4. For example: copy /b ljXXXXmfpfw_0X.00X.X.rfu \\computer1\HP LaserJet mfp printer
5. Press Enter.

I store the firmware .rfu file in my c drive
I then change the path to c:\ and then key in below command however it doesnt work
copy /b ljP4000fw_04.160.2B.rfu\\MY35LP000000011\HP LaserJet
USB Upgrade

1) The file name is correct
2) The computer name is also correct
3) Printer name (I have no idea , when I connect the printer and Laptop with USB-DEV cable it detects as HP LaserJet USB Upgrade, hence I change the printer name to HP Lasejet USB Upgrade)

I'm getting error the specified path is invalid.....

Any sifu can help me out?

Hi All,

Is there anyway to trace this car registration number AEW8863 (not 100% sure but this is the plate mark left over on my bump after the bus hit and run)

Please be aware of this @&*#&@(@ company bus : CITA GLOBAL!!!!!

The bus driver hit my car from the back so badly on North South Express way near Tapah area when we are on the way from penang back to KL and because of the impact we lost control and went into the fast lane. He then run away without stopping down.

Luckily there was no car at the fast lane.

and also because of him 3 cars at the back hit each other also!!!!!!!!

WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the bus driver just drove off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is more than 2 years already(warranty 3 years). The shop i bought from only cover for half year. I'm not sure where to sent to.
