CCTV Online Viewing

Hi all,

I have some problem in setting up my CCTV to view through online. I already tried my best to setup but still unable to view it.
Here some details of my setting:

KGuard 4Ch MPEG 4 DVR
D-Link DSL-500T Modem+Router
TP-Link 5-port Fast Ethernet Switch

According to the user manual i think i have done everything i could but still couldn't manage to view it online.
Applied DDNS domain, setup for DVR and port forwarded.
Whenever i key in the DDNS (yourname.dyndns.biz) in web browser, it direct me to the modem page instead of the CCTV view.
I use the CCTV viewing software but the login failed.
I have view of the past technical support but i still unable to make it right.

Any experts out there could help me?

Hotlink Online Topup Failure

Yesterday i use Hotlink Online Topup because of the promotion can get KFC voucher if topup online from hotlink website.
Guess what, the transaction successful, deducted money from my maybank account and yet i receive nothing.

Called Hotlink and being told there is service problem and will credit the topup to me in 24hours time. (no solution)
Called 2nd time and they told me to call the bank regarding to the payment i made but have yet receive anything. (no solution)
Called bank and they get information from me about the transaction details and will call me back within today after done checking.
Called Hotlink 3rd time, the same thing i was asked to do (call bank) then only start to get information from me about the transaction. But only will take 3 to 7 working days to 'so-called' solve the problem. (still no solution)

The more angry part is i called Hotlink cs is still using the remaining balance of my prepaid account as they never provide toll free customer service. I topup because low of credit and now not only did not get the topup, and have to use the remaining credit to file up this 'service failure' thingy and with no solution or compensation.

At a moment i thought online topup suppose is more convenient? And yet now it is more troublesome than using topup card.

Anyone face this problem before? Any better solution other than only calling the customer service centre?

CCTV screen weird lines and blurry

My cctv appear weird line on the screen. And one of the cctv screen become blurry at the bottom part.

Here are some picture of the view. Any advise what is the problem, and how should i fix it.

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Streamyx / RM66
Location: SS2
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: I got more than 20 streamyx report number to be listed.

Personal equipment
Modem: D-Link 520T
Router: Using switch.

Problem details
Problem"S":
-Keep on disconnect. ADSL light suka suka off, suka suka blink. (1 day can dc more than 10times)
-LAN keep on pop out Local Area Network is not connected. (occurs i refresh connection or after dc from internet)
-Very slow line. Really really very slow.
-Modem IP address keep changing. From 192.168.1.2 will change until 192.168.1.6 for duno what reason. (this occurs when "Local Area Network is not connected" popup)

The weird part is, whenever the ADSL light blinking which not connected to internet, i just have to use the house phone and dial some number, the connection will come back. ADSL light will be stable and able to connect to internet. But LAN will dc and on, with "Local Area Network is not connected" appears.

Direct connection, change splitter, change cable, all have done except change modem.

I want to know what happened with the weird connection before i decide to change modem. Please advise.

I will gladly provide more information if needed.
