Interested to play in free new vanilla WOW server?

lightshope.org is launching a new wow vanilla server in 3 days time.
I have tried to test play in their old realm and the latency is good consistent 200+ and anytime I login there are about 2-3k active players.
Plan to play in their new server and it would be great to have some kaki here to join up for some dungeon run or premade BG.

Hi,

I have a basic website done with most of the functionalities i need and now i feel that it is ready to work on
the look and feel. Currently it looks something like this

It's build with yii and uses the default blueprint css framework.

I need an experienced web designer to help on

1) Website logo design
2) Tidying up the website layout like making the spaces even or make more columns to fit more content.
3) Create icon size image used in some of the web pages. Right now i'm using images from google search

Cyberjaya Offices Market Demand?

Hi, what's your opinion on investing offices in Cyberjaya especially the small units 600-800 sqf?
I heard the office rental is about rm4 per sqf so a 600 sqf office should fetch about RM2400 monthly rental.
Any agents or experienced investor around has any idea how's the office occupancy rate there?

Possession Football & It's Misleading Statistic!

I have always thought possession in football means how long a team has the ball on their feet.
Seems like the current official possession calculation formula is not about that...
and imo another reason why i should just totally ignore current possession statistics and those
who like to give reason that my B team has x% of possession and therefore they deserved better result bullshit...

Went to Mid Valley prop fair today and saw this Bayu @ Pandan Jaya condo. Location is excellent, just behind Pandan Jaya LRT.
Was told pricing will be about 1050sqf rm400-500k. The developer is Extensive Gain Sdn Bhd, anyone know more about the dev?

3rd HOME LOAN CRITERIA?

Example 1 :

Mr A has 3 existing home loan with few banks.

Ms B has only 1 existing home loan with bank.

Now, Mr A would like to purchase a new house with Ms B. Sales and Purchase agreement under Mr. A and Ms B.

Scenario 1:

With an assumption, the new home loan under Mr. A name. The home loan entitlement will be up to margin 70% only. Because, this is Mr A’s 4th home loan.

Scenario 2:

With an assumption, new home loan under Ms B name only. The home loan entitlement will be up to margin 90%. Because, this is Ms B’s 2nd home loan.

I fall into Scenario 2 and were trying to apply loan from bank using my sister's name.
Just got the loan application rejected by OCBC and RHB.
Is scenario 2 no longer applicable now? Anyone under scenerio 2 manage to get your housing loan done recently and with which bank?

Just read about Tekken Tag Hybrid aka HD remake + Tag 2 demo play with 4 playable characters Alisa, Ling Xiaoyu, Devil Kazuya.
Superb offering by Namco, bravo! I thought Namco has no love for tag series after waited for so so long...

PC Unable to Boot Up

Hi guys,

My sister's pc was not able to boot up a couple weeks ago. The symptom is the cpu fan not running, no bootup beep sound, no response at all.
I take a look and found the fan is very dirty so i clear the dust on the fan and then it can boot up and work as normal.

1 week later, same problem occurs. This time i have no idea what to do as the fan is clean.
Any advice on how to check which part got problem this time?

And would like to know any recommendation on good pc repair shop at lowyat?

Unreasonable Raise of Condo's Sinking Fund!

Hi,

I receive my latest condominium management fee today and i was surprised by an attached statement saying that the sinking fund for my condo has been increased 350% with immediate effect and it is voted unanimously by all the owners who attended the meeting last week which i did not attend due to qing ming. I don't believe owners here will agreed on such blatant raise.
It used to be RM28 and now it's RM98! Daylight robbery!?

I used to be a prompt payer but now i am thinking not to pay a single cent of sinking fund, continue paying maintenance fee though.
Anyone experience or familiar with similar issue please i need your advice.

WOW with P1Wimax

Hi guys,

Anyone using P1Wimax to play WOW yet?
My friend has a free trial account & I use ping plotter to test the connection to us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
It seems very stable at 200-300 ms! Zero packet lost so far!
If use tmnet i usually got 200-300 also but with a shit load of packet lost most of the time which none of the tunneling service can help due to the packet lost happen at local node.

I am looking for players at Barthilas who keen on doing regular arena and aim high.
I played shadow priest since season 2 and average rating were 1.8-1.9k
I spec to disc & only do casual arena after my rog partner quit the game thanks to tmnut packet loss.
I also have a warrior, reach 70 few months ago.

So... my disc priest has 480 resil 1.8k heals looking for rogue for 2s or rog/mage for 3s RMP.

My lolherald warrior has 280 resil 1.5k attack power looking for any healer for 2s or 3s.

I usually on after 9pm. Anyone interested plz reply. Tqtq
