need help with graphic issue

hello to all..i need help with some issues regarding my ati catalyst control center..recently i swap my motherboard with another mobo n procs, but using the same hdd, n gpu..
noted to have some issue regarding my graphic setting..unable to access to my ati ccc..mentioned as command line interface has stopped working..i have tried uninstall, driver sweeper for the gpu as well and reinstalled but still unable to fix the problem.. here i attached the error screenshot as well as the specs of my current pc as guide..another thing is the display is not fit to the screen, means black borders around my windows, something like some pics i attached together as well..really need u guys help..tq..

Monitor to ps3, no to pc

Hello to all..i am currently facing a problem with my monitor..previously i have been using it with my pc ( hdmi input ) with no problem at all.. but recently when i used the monitor to play ps3, im unable to use back for my pc..it cant detect my pc hdmi input at all..as a reference, im using a 27 inch samsung led, sync master SA550..i tried unplug everything and put it back but still unable to make it work..any idea how to correct this?

I am currently using a samsung bx2450 led monitor. Currently unable to switch on the monitor, dont know what happen, left for 1 day, next day cant on already..i left the monitor plug on but turn off completely, means not in standby mode (no blue led blinking)..next day , i try to turn on unable to turn on already..check the adapter, noted few ants at the point connected from plug to the adapter. No sign of any burn anywhere..all other devices attached to the same wire extension work perfectly, change to another plug point also unable to switch on..do u guys think the monitor itself is condemned already or just the adapter?

Unlocked phenom b560 to b60, losing one core

recently i unlocked my amd phenom b560 to phenomx4 b60 and it has been successful without any issue. i have been using for the last 2,3 months but recently i noticed only 3 cores were activated instead of 4 cores earlier..what happened to the other core? fyi, i used stock cooler before and didnt overclock the procs, just using it at stock settings..

i am sorry if i asked at the wrong place, if i did, someone please tell me where should i ask regarding this..thanks..

currently, i'm using a divoom xforce-5 2.1 speaker for my pc..the problem is the bass from subwoofer always goes out if i lowered the volume to certain level..to bring back the sound from the subwoofer, i need to turned up the volume almost to maximum..what do u guys think of these? anyway to fix this?

ram: 2x2gb ddr3 kingston 1333
hdd: 500gb wd caviar green + 160gb scorpio blue
gpu: sapphire 6870
psu: cm 750w real power pro
casing: cm 912 advanced with 2x200mm (front and top) + 1x120mm (side) inflow, 1x120mm (back) outflow. and moderate cable management

what i want to ask here is as title, what is the best software to monitor fan speed..as i got to different result from cpuid hw monitor and speedfan..

i am currently using a phenom 965, with specs below..i wonder why is it too hot for me? i already reapply thermal paste for a few times but its still around the same..the lowest i get is around 39 degrees only..so, i wonder whether it is because my rig that caused it to be this hot?

NEED HELP WITH AUDIO PLAYBACK

I am using ASUS M4A88T-V EVO/USB3.0 with WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 32 bit..the problem is i cant get the audio out at all..installed both driver from setup cd and asus website and also from realtek websiet itself..still cant get the audio..hardware detected, and working properly i can even see the indicator at the volume bar goes up and down but still no audio out yet..totally out of option now..can anyone help with this? or any suggestion or advice?
