photoshop crash when using NIK software

Im using photoshop cs6.. works fine.. when i edit my pictures using NIK software in photoshop it works fine..

During the saving process the software crashes..

i tried reinstall the both softwares and updated my graphic card driver. still the same.

can my psu support my system?

Currently im using

Seasonic M12II Bronze 620w

working inside my rig..

Intel 1156 i7-870
mobo H55 hd
graphic R9-280
2unit hard disk
8gb ram
1 dvd rom..

I do have problem with my graphic card. so planning to change to Sapphire R9-280x since the shop accept some topup and upgrade my gc.
and they dont have stock for R9-280....

can my psu support this gc..

my psu dont have 8pin and this gc is using 8pin pcie...

Display hang and got lines and boxes

Greetings

When i install my graphic card driver my display hang and got alot lines and boxes appear all over the display screen. If i uninstall the driver the screen back to normal but system running without graphic card driver. what would be the problem..

My system
Asus maximum 3 formula
i7-870
2*4gb ram
2* 300gb raptor
Sapphire R9 280
Sensonic M12II bronze 620w psu.

Once I tested install the gc driver and I tried running GPU stress the system is fine and no lines or boxes on screen.. problem occur when the system in ideal state and gc driver is installed..
