Wanted to get a new rig for graphic designing purpose, not really into gaming. Not sure which processor and motherboard should i get, Intel or AMD. Would like to pair it with 2GB DDR2 800 value ram and a ATI 3870 512MB DDR4 graphic card. Which should i go with between the 2 below or is there any other suggestions?

- Intel Core 2 Dual E4500 or Duo Core E2220
- Abit IP35-E

- AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ or Athlon 64 X2 5200+

Graphic card problem

My friend accidentallu disabled his graphic card inside the graphic card properties in device manager and now he can't see anything after window startup.

Anyway to fix it ?
