Beginning the test

[Solved] PC Hang/No respond

have someone got this problems, please guide me to solve it..

AMD Phenom2 x4 965
Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5
2x2GB Corsair XMS3 (dual channel)
Radeon HD 5750
windows 7/windows xp

- all running on stock clock (non oc)
- Proc, mobo, and gc is a new

the problems is, windows frequently hang (mouse/keyboard etc not responding).
i tried to format the windows, using windows 7 and windows XP still facing the similar problems.

can someone tell what is really the problem?
if there is hardware problems, which hardware?
