What is the best Setup for studio unit that attrac

I own this unit. By end of this year will get a key. To be honest location is strategic. Nilai and airport. Now i have 2 dilemma.
1 ) is it this unit is so easy to sell? Nowadays so many apartment unsold.
2) if i decide to rent...which setup need to be use. Especially the bed..is it normal queen size bed or loftbed IKEA type..so that i can minimize the space to ensure below i can put the study table.

That area also got ZIAMEN UNIVERSITY.

Seek your expertise on this. Usually which setup will interact ppl more. If u guys said depend on ppl? Which type got bigger percentage..

Relocation decision

Hi all

Im now cant decide the relocation/transfer which is better for my family. Now i have wife n 1son(1year). It seem not complicated for u guys i think..but for me....
Before i start the situation n my problem, i'll provide the details of mine n my wife

Me:
Works : GLC kl
Live : bangi
Salary: 4500
Hometown: kelantan
Bonus:2months average a year

Wife:
Works: teacher at kuching
Live : kuching
Hometown: kuching

Now we all not live together. Me alone at kl...my wife n my son stay together my wife family at kuching.

As of now i have 2 option:

1) me go to kuching n we stay together(i don like live at kuching since very far from my hometown at kelantan. I only concern in case got emergency at hometown...i need go there with 2 flight. Beside that im the 1st son off my family and the only 1 son. I have 4 sibling..all girl)

2) my wife come to bangi and we stay together but with 1condition, she want to stop teaching and be a fulltime housewife. She want to concentrate take care of my son because she afraid to send him to nursery(this option i really concern about our living cost..is there enuf for my salary which is only have rm1500 after minus car n home loan)

Need your suggestion from u guys...or mayb. Guys have 3rd option

Hi all

Why my pc so slow even after i reformat. It happen when i open the secondary hardisc, but my hardisc is totally new and i try to change main hardics to become secondary, oso same. Details my pc

CPU: AM2 64 3000+(bought 2005)
RAM: Apacer 667MHz 512Mb x 2, Kingston 667Mhz x 1(Bought 2005)
Hardisc: 320GB(Main), 500GB(Secondary) - Bought 2005, 2010
OS: Win XP
Mobo: MSI Neo k9 - Bought 2005

I try to not upgrade all new hardware since i donno which hardware course this problem. plus i don wan to spend a lot of money for this. FYI before this, my PC don have this problem n this is the 1st time i facing this problem. I need some advice from you guys to help me n give some advice. but now in my mind, i only suspect my motherboard. or it is because of my mix RAM. btw is there any chance CPU problem.

Please help me to fix this since i need to do a lot of works with this pc
