iPad 2 update problem

i tried updating my ipad 2 to ios 8.4.1 after getting the notification on the ipad. after verifying iPad software, suddenly it goes to recovery mode (connect to itunes screen). so i connected to my pc and update via itunes. but everytime it finishes, it goes back to recovery mode (the connect to itunes screen). so i tried to restore and the same thing happens. ive tried it 20 times now and every single time it finishes, it restarts the iPad and goes to recovery mode. any solutions?

edit : my ipad is not jailbreaked.

im totally noob when it comes to networking. but i recently encounter a really annoying problem. the internet goes on and off like crazy. really dunno whats the cause

im using 3Com modem router. on a 2mbps package, sharing with 10 people. 4 using LAN port (PC), 6 using wireless (laptop). and sometime we on with our phone/ipad/etc

its like sometime it gets crazy. every min on, then off, then on. but the icon at the lower right is constantly saying internet access and not limited access. and we got frustated and leave untill it become stable.

heres the ping info (dunno will help or not)

having some problems with my rig. need help from all sifus here

1. i have 4 hdd. sometime when i boot windows, one of the hdd does not appear. so i shut down and re-start the pc. then it appears. what could be the problem? i already unplug and replug the sata cables for the hdd. still getting the same problem.

2. when i shut down my pc, after windows shut down, the monitor goes blank (as normal) but the motherboard and proc are still running. i leave it for a whole night and it still didnt shut down. i have to hold down the power button to get it to completely shut down.

any help will be really appreaciated.

new rig problem

i just installed a new pc. after windows installation, it cannot detect the gc. at the device manager window, at the display adapter it shows vga adapter only. then i installed the driver from the cd provided by the box. by autorun, it runs installation and then it disappears. so i opened it from the cd folder, an error says its not a leadtek product.

my rig :
asus p8p67 deluxe
intel i7 2600k
winfast gtx570

any ideas what to do?

i'm living with 4 friends. we together have 2 pc + 3 laptop.

the problem is after once a while, one of the laptop gets an error issuing "IP conflict". than all the laptop using wireless connection unable to connect. sometime even the pc disconnect also.

so far, we restart the router every time happen like this. but damn lazy to do it every time. its like very frequent. any solution?

Air Asia boss in Hammers takeover bid

Malaysian businessman Tony Fernandes is out to win control of West Ham in the next 48 hours by pledging a "significant" transfer pot for Gianfranco Zola to invest in a new team at Upton Park.

Hammers fan Fernandes is trying to hurry the deal through in time to make an impact in the January transfer window.

However, former Birmingham City owners David Gold and David Sullivan are also in the bidding war with Fernandes, and haven't given up hope of success.

Gold and Sullivan have the experience of running Blues and would probably want the equally knowledgeable Karren Brady - who was managing director at St Andrew's - as part of their new management team at Upton Park. In contrast, the man who owns Air Asia has no previous involvement in football, but would maintain the high level of foreign ownership in the Premier League.

ESPN Soccernet has learned that the long-awaited Hammers takeover is in its final stages, and could be concluded before the weekend to provide an injection of much needed transfer cash for Zola, with the new owners likely to be in place, ready for action on Monday morning.

A City source told ESPN Soccernet: "The way the transaction is being structured any capital is going straight into the club.

"The plan is for a new share issue and this can mean a significant investment going into the club, which in turn can stimulate the belief from the banks that over a period of time, they can recoup the money owed to them.

"The feeling is that Tony Fernandes really does mean business and West Ham can end up with more capital if they go with him."

The source insists that Intermarket - another company heavily linked with a takeover bid for the Hammers - has never been able to show proof of funds to the satisfaction of the banks, despite its protestations to the contrary.

The consortium of five banks that has loaned money to the Hammers is believed to favour the takeover proposals tabled by Fernandes, but Gold and Sullivan might make a last ditch attempt to improve their offer in the next 24 hours.

Rothschild, the investment bank which was appointed in October to sound out potential investors, together with representatives from Glitnir, Standard Bank, Lloyds, Royal Bank of Scotland and Straumur, West Ham's five main lenders, is on the verge of making its decision.

Fernandes, a lifelong West Ham supporter and Lotus F1 team boss, has been locked in talks in with Straumur, in its capacity as the largest shareholder in CB Holdings - the company set up by the creditors of West Ham's former owner Bjorgolfur Gudmundsson.

PM ajak rakyat fikirkan keperluan untuk subsidi bagi gula

PEKAN: Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Razak, hari ini mengajak rakyat Malaysia sama-sama berfikir apakah perlu kerajaan terus memberikan subsidi harga gula, satu bahan makanan yang ternyata boleh mendatangkan kemudaratan kepada rakyat.

Perdana Menteri berkata, kerajaan membelanjakan hampir RM1 bilion setiap tahun untuk subsidi harga gula, sedangkan bilangan pesakit kencing manis di negara ini adalah antara yang tertinggi di dunia.

"Apa yang patut dilakukan kita perlu mengubah cita rasa kita supaya kita kurangkan gula, saya sendiri tak guna gula kalau minum teh. Maknanya kita boleh ubah cita rasa kita, tak perlu gula terlalu banyak.

"Tidak ada logiknya kerajaan keluarkan subsidi hampir RM1 bilion setahun untuk subsidi satu bahan makanan yang boleh mendatangkan mudarat kepada rakyat," katanya selepas menyampaikan Anugerah Kecemerlangan Pelajar Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) Parlimen Pekan, di sini.

Beliau berkata demikian ketika diminta mengulas kenaikan harga gula sebanyak 20 sen sekilogram yang diumumkan Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan (KPDNKK) berkuat kuasa 1 Januari yang turut disifatkan ramai pihak sebagai "hadiah" tahun baru kepada rakyat.

Ditanya kesan kenaikan harga barangan lain berikutan kenaikan harga gula berkenaan, Najib berkata:

"Kita akan kawal, mana (barang) (di) bawah harga kawalan tak boleh dinaikkan, kita akan pantau perkara ini.

"Kita akan kawal, ada barang komoditi yang kita kawal, ada yang terpaksa kita kaji dari semasa ke semasa, ada yang kita buat untuk kebaikan rakyat," kata Najib.

Perdana Menteri berkata, rakyat juga perlu melihat secara positif kenaikan harga gula iaitu berazam mengubah cita rasa mereka demi kesejahteraan kesihatan.

"Kenaikan harga kenaikan gula untuk kebaikan rakyat, insiden (statistik) kencing manis di Malaysia antara yang tertinggi di dunia," katanya.

Beliau menegaskan sekalipun berlaku kenaikan harga gula, harga bahan berkenaan sebenarnya masih murah di negara ini berbanding negara Asean yang lain.

Terdahulu, pada majlis berkenaan, seramai 371 pelajar UPSR tahun 2009 yang memperoleh keputusan 5A menerima anugerah kecemerlangan daripada Perdana Menteri.

Ketika berucap, Najib mahu warga pendidik lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam usaha mendidik anak bangsa.

"Kita perlu lihat bahawa proses pembelajaran juga perlu unsur kreativiti dan inovasi sebagai dimensi baru dalam proses pendidikan kita.

"Saya percaya perubahan seperti ini akan jadikan sistem pembelajaran kita lebih menarik dan para pelajar akan lebih dinamik dan segar," katanya.

Najib berkata, golongan pendidik juga perlu menggunakan pelbagai perantara termasuk internet bagi mencapai tahap kecemerlangan lebih tinggi. - Bernama
