I need help. I want to buy 2nd Alza Auto. I have been checking price between KL and Johor. It seems like Johor price is almost 4-5k difference from KL.

Now how to buy car from 2nd hand dealer who located in Johor.

Hi Guys,

This is Indian festival called Durga Puja, being celebrated by a small group of Indian expat and some Malaysian. There is no restriction or reservation from the organizer, anyone can visit. I mentioned religious details as some photographer may find its uncomfortable to attend.

Covering from 9 am -1 pm then from 7 pm -11 pm from 1/10 to 5/10 Oct.

Video + Still Photo (< RM4-4.5K MYR) - Some will sure fume on the budget. This is the budget the organizer has. I am only taken responsibility to organize it. You dont need to be professional photographer. As long as you can cover the event and has moderate gear.

The event hour seems to be long , most of the time its not going to be happening so you have time to rest.

Morning slot is some kind of Puja and prayer second slot is cultural program. if you are interested, we can discuss further.

Time TP Link AC1200 router use for Unifi

Hi Guys,

I have a few Time AC1200 router lying at home. Some one with Unifi need a router. I think of giving one of this AC1200 router.

I have already upgraded the firmware with this. I can see VLAN setting for Unifi.

After the update the router interface is different.

Can this be used for UniFi Biz ? any idea ?

I am going to try anyway.

I have a few VPC Across various providers for different clients. Before MCO I bought a server was getting ready to host it in one of the DC in CyberJaya.

Now it doesn't look like I Can afford the entire cost of hosting the server. I am looking for someone to share the cost.

I can create VM for you with your required resource requirements. Only thing you cant do is any illegal website/pron/torrent/crypto mining and bla bla.

As per the topic, after update MI4i back camera wont work. Loaded/flashed all sort of ROM possible. Old version/new version. Nothing would work.

Shop lot with Master Title(Built more than 20yrs)

I intend to purchase a shop lot of 3 storey building in KL.

After nego the price and settle with one. The owner gave me copy of the title and its a Master Title. This property quite old. Over 20 years or so.

I need advise on two option :

Option A : If I need to go for bank loan, what choice do we have ?

Option B : If I don't need bank loan, what are the stuffs must settle before going with sales & purchase.

Any law firm experience with this kind of situation come in. Need your service.

Name server propogation for MYNIC

Hi,

I have registered a domain with mynic, www.adiss.com.my

Domain was accessible within 2-3 hrs of change. But later change the name servers to amazon AWS name server, last Friday evening I updated the new name server. Still the propagation has not completed.

Am I doing some thing wrong ?
