network problems

im using a d-link 4 ports wired router build in with modem.one of the port is connected to a d-link wireless router with 4 wired ports.
the problems started when my wireless router's status and wlan blinks simultaneously twice per 5 second which is not normal
my laptop cannot detect the wireless and i tried to connect to the wireless router using wired and it DHCP is not releasing any ip and i did try to assign manual ip at the pc and tried to ping the router but there is no reply at all.
then i use the internet directly from the 4 ports modem router and it works fine until one moment, i cant access the internet from the web browser.i checked and it appears that the modem router is not releasing any dns server address to my pc but the dhcp server for my ip is still working.i have to access to the router and copy the dns address from the isp and i have to set manually at my pc so i can use the internet. all this things happen within 3 hours.

any idea what really happen?is it the firmware?or hardware problem?
