how often to bath the dog n isit neccessary to brush their teeth?

HELP ME!pc juz hangs n restart

i bought a pc few months ago..came home test it,installed msn messenger only. 2 weeks later, the pc hang n restarted gettin the msg
"hardware initiated failed. please check device!!!!!
the bios does not be installed. press G to continue.

i press g n nuthin happens..

sometimes it says disk boot failure.insert system disk n press enter

this have been goin on for sometime.usin the comp for less than an hour and this occurs..its frustratin but i managed to stand it till the day my pc cudnt start at all..it stucks while windows is loadin..so brought it to the shop n the guy say software error n install windows again..ok..few weeks later, problem occur again.damn frustarted so i brought it back again.same excuse..didnt want to hustle wit the guy..fix it n brought back..
again few weeks later, problem occur again..damn frustrated, i brought it back n he said will chk on all the hardware.few days later, brought it home to test it..while i was 3/4 installin msn messenger, pc restarted n same error msg "hardware initiated failed. please check device!!!!!

off the main power supply n restart the comp.this happen 2 days ago..im not sure wats worng..i will hear my hdd make some noise then kabush, pc hang n restarts by itself gettin error msg..

im soo frustrated wit buyin this new pc.the pc is only 3months old..plz help me..
