Rm80k total loan

hey guys,
just wanted to ask u guys, few years back when MLM is an "IN" thing, i joined few MLM and as result, having loan around 100k, i feel bad for myself, and yeah..past is past..move on

now monthly repayment i paid every month is 781 for 25 years (20 years more).

is this mean i doomed? or is there a way to reduced the loan or something?

Hai,
need 1 pt that can Farm T5 13 mins everyday at least once or twice, or whenever free,
need really know the fight and already one shot multiple time(with static or PUG),with pug need chemistry 1st, but if u guys can 1 shot with static, it will be easier to build chemistry with pug if play few round and then we can easily 1 shot,
i want to create LS just for T5 Farm if anyone interested

p/s: tired with pug that most of the time is failed, if combine few good players to become farm-static, it will be easier, my static now don't bother with t5, we are doing t6, but i still need t5 sch allagan weapon for crit, i have wave weapon, but wave stats more on piety, and that whorl mirror drop rate,only saw 1 time in my 30+ runs

this is a few compilation advice i get from reddit, so it's good to share with all FC Leaders :

advice to FC Leader :

1) Don’t stress out. Your stress will be passed down to your members. Consider your mental state before approaching problems that need solutions.

2) If you do nothing more prominent members will step up and they will side step you, over rule you, and expect you to step down. If you do too much you’ll
burn yourself out. Find a balance.

3) Find those prominent members, promote them and rely on them. You can’t do it alone. Trust them. Respect them. Forgive them. Be strong for them. Be
firm, patient and professional. Hold them to a high standard. Lead by example. But most important of all that is to rely on them because if you don’t you’ll
burn out.

4) Help the quite people. The loud people will get involved and help themselves. The quiet people will hope to receive attention but may lack the courage to
step up and ask.

5) Running Titans everyday will get people lots of Relics. They will grow to expect this and will appreciate it less. DO NOT GIVE FREELY! TEACH! Teach and
encourage them to help themselves. They will gain significantly more joy and respect for you and the Free Company if they achieve things on their own,
with their own strength. They will then help others which will remove the burden from you.

6) Listen, Listen, Listen, Listen, Listen! Then talk but only a little. Your words carry a lot of weight. Use them wisely.

7) Gear comes and goes. The game is about having fun. Don’t lose sight of that. Fun, Happiness, Joy… these emotions are what we want from the game. Gear,
Achievements, Bosses and such are just the way we get there. Focus on the emotions not the material (or immaterial) gains.

8) Again, don’t allow yourself to get too frustrated. Invest time in the Free Company and invest time in yourself. Keeping this in balance is Key. The company
will go wherever you want it to go, but only if you keep yourself in a healthy mental state. If you get stressed out, step back away from the game and calm
down before going back. Time and patience is the best remedy when all else fails.

9)people come and go, things get hard, but persistence pays off in the end if you stick it out. Remain positive, keep a good face toward the community and
help anyone you can. Remember that it's literally impossible to please everyone, just do what you know is best for your community.

10) As a guild leader, you cannot afford to take things personally. I've seen great guilds ruined by people who didn't take this one to heart. Your guild
members can, and often are, your friends. At the same time, they will have criticisms. Any good leader needs to understand that a problem they have with
your leadership is not a problem that they have with you. Welcome criticism, welcome discussion. Don't take things personal, don't let disagreements over
the business aspect of things ruin a friendship.

11) HELP! There is nothing better than a FC leader who will take time to help new people out. Go run Halatali with someone that just started the game, it makes
them feel like they arent just some faceless name

12) This position you face is a tricky one that makes you walk a fine line between being fair(not always nice) and being a bit of a b$#&rd. Learn how to
delegate to the officers in your FC. Also finding people in your FC that are willing to take on the mentorship role(s) and someone, maybe two to manage
the company chest. Dealing with a big FC it's easy to get bogged down in the micromanagement, but seriously, delegate responsibly and everything will
go smoothly, your job is to coordinate your officers and make sweeping judgement calls, micromanagement is surefire way to lose the respect of the
people in your FC.
EDIT: Giving out the officer roles and the associated responsibility is good way to place your trust in reliable members. Then if they want the job and
strive to take it on, they'll take it seriously.

13)Figure out what kind of FC you are or want to be, and go from there.

For example, if your FC has end-game Coil aspirations, it would be your duty to administer and manage the Coil team(s), making sure everyone is Coil ready (maxed out from Darklight upgrades, relic weapons) and has the means (ie. help from fellow members) to get there.

If your FC is strictly casual and is just a bunch of people who like to play together, there's not really much a leader has to do. Encourage people to help each other and be social.

there much more to it, but the most important things is, what is your FC's Goal? strive towards to that goal, encourage your team member toward the same goal, give them encouragement, help and advice.

ok, i jz been accepted to one company sdn bhd, as a programmer, as i am a degree holder in Software Engineering, my position there is Programmer(Grade 2) <- i didn't understand what is this, and my salary is RM1800(gross salary), my question here,

1) Is The Salary is in Par with my Degree Holder?(i don't have experience, and this is 3 months probation, but in the offer letter not stated after my 3 months probation there will be a pay rise, jz the salary adjustment will be on annual revision and at sole discretion of the company)

2) because of i'm new in this field, i wanna know, what is path that i should pursue, from prgrammer to wat??? system analyst?? it manager

3) what is satisfaction for me? of course Money and Career, i luv both, so if u ask what will drive me, it's absolutely money and career.

4) how usually pay-rise being adjusted??? am i have to wait one year??

maybe there are some more that i didn't know, so i hope to get a good reply/suggestion/advise from all the good LowYat forumer...i'm jz a newbie..
