            <description>Does anyone worry about condominium or apartment collapse due to mild earthquake in Malaysia, as Malaysia is no longer an earthquake free country, even government has a trail evacuation testing on putrajaya, not more even one building collapse will heavily affected all condo/apartment price. &lt;br /&gt;Can anyone shed some light here?&lt;br /&gt;Please let me know if my worry is too much...             <description>Went to the show unit today, pricing quite reasonable compare to its location, another new project by LBS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Project: Ivory Residences&lt;br /&gt;location: Bandar Saujana Putra&lt;br /&gt;Size: 32 x 55&lt;br /&gt;Type: Double Storey Cluster Semi-D&lt;br /&gt;Free SPA legal and disbursements fees&lt;br /&gt;starting price is RM339,900 (non bumi), RM316,107 (bumi)&lt;br /&gt;Total unit 376, now only selling 88 units as phase 1.&lt;br /&gt;4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms&lt;br /&gt;Just lauch on 10Mar2010&lt;br /&gt;0% interest during construction&lt;br /&gt;5% rebate&lt;br /&gt;3k booking fees&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So if make an booking today, price 339,900, 10% downpayment is 33,990, minus 5% rebate, only need to pay for 16,995 as downpayment&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;Furthermore this downpayment can pay as installment for 3 months  &lt;!--emo&amp;:hehe:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/brows.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='brows.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Booking fees is not refundable so make sure you are entitled for the loan before placing your booking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The downside is the location, in and out from this location you must pay toll, no way to escape, although there are shoplots around, but not many are occupied, rental yield is uncertainty, own stay is a good place as you cannot find this pricing anywhere, targeted owner who working in cyberjaya, putrajaya or KLIA. There is no chinese food stalls, or even fast food at least now, so if you are chinese you have drive out for your meal which require to pay toll thru and forth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still consider whether it is a good place to owned, not sure if there is any future development on surrounding, or it will be an isolated location.</description>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am looking for a plan that offer Saving, protection and retirement plan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does anyone know any plan in the market is worth for taking?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m 33 years old now, thinking of getting a sum of money during my retirement, not considering investment link as i would try get the minimal risk possible preferably is 0.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Come across this plan from AMBANK:&lt;br /&gt;1) AMbank - AMcash Guarantee 21&lt;br /&gt;2) 15 or 21 years of commitment.&lt;br /&gt;3) Life/TPD/36 Disease coverage.&lt;br /&gt;4) minimum 2k per year.&lt;br /&gt;5) Cash Dividends.&lt;br /&gt;6) Terminal Dividends.&lt;br /&gt;7) 3 years - 8% bonus, 6/9/12/15/18th - 10% bonus -Guaranteed cash payback&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If i deposit 2k each year, if i choose not to withdraw any of my bonus or dividend, after 21 years i will getting back 81k. on top of this i&amp;#39;m getting 25k of coverage protection for life/TPD/36 Disease.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks&lt;br /&gt;</description>
