I thought what the hey, might as well just give it a go. I jumped in and did my research on the company, and I was like &quot;WOW&quot; what the hell is a big company like this hiring freshie finance grads, I&#39;d have thought they&#39;ll hire more experienced guys to deal with their finances. After that I sorta gave up hope and looked forward back to the banking sector.<br /><br /><br />That was until this afternoon when they decide to call me to set up an interview <!--emo&:x--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/doh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='doh.gif' /><!--endemo--> <br /><br />So now I&#39;m wondering if anyone has gone through the program before, or if they&#39;re current employees in Alstom Power. Could you guys give me a rough idea of what to expect? If they start asking me about how I&#39;m going to finance a freaking nuclear plant in Sarawak I am so dead... I&#39;m quite confident with all the standard tell me about yourself stuff, I&#39;m just worried what an engineering company is expecting from a finance grad who doesn&#39;t even know which wire goes where in a plug <!--emo&:stars:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxub.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxub.gif' /><!--endemo--> <br /><br /><br />P.S This will be my first actual job interview, surprisingly banks decided not to call me yet. lousy buggers...<br /><br /><br />___________________________________________________________________<br />Edit:<br /><br />Just realized/found out that this is a relatively new program by the company -.- so I&#39;m not keeping my hopes high on replies from those who are currently in this program. And apparently there&#39;s only 1 vacancy (online research, not sure how reliable this is).
