Laptop overhead

Hi all, I bought a second hand Asus U38DT 2 years ago and after half year of usage it has overheat problem. I tried to clean up the fan and brush off all the dust, even change the internal HDD cause I thought is harddisk failure. But after a short usage, the laptop still has bad overheat problem.
Situation like this: once I open the laptop run it awhile, and once it get hot, it'll shut down and I can't open it up again until it's completely cooled off.

I really love the laptop cause it's super lightweight and 6Gb ram in it. Very good for traveling use. I just wondering is it worth to fix it? And what caused the issue, how much does it cost to fix?

I checked with Asus authorized service center yesterday, the checking fee is RM100 already.

Hi guys, I own a Logitech K520 keyboard and I recently clean it thoroughly and also cleaned off all the lubricants too (it's freaking dirty that's why..). Now I patched everything back but the key is not smooth press. I tried looking around Digital mall but none of them has it. I look through online and they don't recommend use Vasaline.

So guys i need some help to advice where can i get a decent keyboard lube?
