Hangus Plug

/k, advise me pls. as u can see on the left is my laptop adapter. on the right is my portable aircon plug. if you notice, the aircon plug should have a black coating on the live/neutral pin (compare with laptop adapter). Half an hour ago, I switched on my aircon. Then my friend noticed a hangus hangus smell. Then realised it came from my aircon plug. Safely removed the plug and walaa. happened like the pic above. so..my question is still can safely use the aircon plug? or i need to change new plug?

Lost phones in cab

Hi /k, just realised that I could not find my phones when I'm back in my room. Tried calling both numbers but to no avail. I finally figured out that both of them must have dropped when I was paying the taxi fare. And I'm sure both of them are in the taxi and someone might have picked it up since the first attempt to reach my phone failed, but the second time there was a dialing tone. then the third time it was diverted to voicemail.

grey nokia 101.

Was on the way from 1utama to centrepoint, bandar utama. Taxi number should be HWA 2931 if not mistaken. colour is red and blue, old model of proton saga. Please guys. If you have any information on the whereabouts of my phones, please let me know. I will reward u handsomely.

Searched for an official thread on this phone but couldn't find any. I hope this can be an official thread.

If there is one, please let me know so that I can close this thread.

Just wanted to discuss on how to optimize the function of C6-00 users. Currently using Software Version v20.0.042, using this version since bought.

Any of C6-00 users are facing lagging issues? My C6 touch-screen happens to be insensitive.

I need dragon finger nails to press well.

Other than that, this phone is quite okay for its price. Bought at RM849 early December 2010.

Lappy had been infected by malware. Redirect virus can be seen. Tried scanning using Malwarebytes yet it found nothing. Same goes for Avira Free Antivirus. Hope help can be on the way soon. Thanks

Hey, I would just like to give my point of view regarding the matter above. Here's the case, I have opened up a thread in Travel&Living section on a Study Trip to Beijing, China. In less than 3 posts, bo0n closed my thread and told me to post to another thread instead.

The problem here is that I have specific questions on my own and to refer 5 pages on a different thread would be like doing a research on thesis. Usually, people will go to LYN to refer/get instant answers and by saying instant, I don't expect the minute I post the topic, I expect an answer straight away.

SO the point is why always close threads and ask to refer another which might be 10 - 15 pages long and might not even have the answers we are looking for?

My suggestion is that if mods are to close peoples' threads and post to another thread is when a similar topic is opened within 2 weeks before. (bo0n ask me to refer to a thread dated back to Oct 19 2008). Not that just because the topic is about Beijing, China, everything must be referred there. If it is for compilation, then don't let the thread go up to 10++ pages just like Health&Fitness section for All About Pregnancy! There are 22 pages, you know!

Hey, I am going for my school study trip to Beijing, China this Thursday. I would like to ask a few questions since this would be my very first to go overseas especially to China!

I think these are common questions but since I'm going for an IslamChina tour package (I'm a non-muslim though), I hope someone who have ever been to Beijing, China for tour would give some tips. My school suggests us to bring only 1000 Yuan RMB. SO with that kind of budget, what can i spend it on?

a) What should I buy in Beijing, China?
- what perfect memorable souvenirs can I get from the Great Wall of China, Forbidden City, Bird's Nest and Silk Market?
b) Where can I get delicious food (especially pork) -something that I could not taste in Malaysia?
c) Where do I buy cheap quality MP3s/Handphones/Gadgets (I don't mind if they are fakes or counterfeit goods as long as it is as good as original and safe to use )?
d) Where do I find cheap quality clothes, wallets and shoes?
e) Where can I buy musical instruments especially traditional chinese musical instruments that are worth the price and can be considered as a decorative items?

Installing CISS tank on HP Deskjet D1360

Hey.

I recently bought a CISS tank for HP printer. Frankly, I actually do not know how to install the tank. I tried based on a 5 minutes tutorial by the guy who sold the tank to me.

So, i actually tried to do the piping but kinda puzzle on how to put them correctly so that it wont block the cartridges. I have watched some tutorials in YouTube but I still prefer if someone could pin-point what I did wrong.

Are both of them the same thing?

Can i use 3.5mm Mono Earphone Plug to replace the normal 3.5mm Stereo Earphone Plug ?

Hey.

I would just like to share my experience on using google chrome and mozilla firefox. When I use google chrome to watch youtube videos, it loads the video quite fast compared to mozilla. And since realplayer is not synchronize with googlechrome, I am not able to download those videos from youtube directly.

I just wanna know why there are so much difference in the speed transfer between google chrome and mozilla, in terms of loading videos? Can someone give me a reasonable explanation?

I think the image is really blur. Anyway, for those who need the image as reference, please PM me asap together with your MSN address. I will send it to you.

I have asked around and realised that this has something to do with java script. Therefore, I have downloaded and installed the latest JRE, all my windows component and enabled Java and Java script.

I have also tried adding Jscript.dll to System and installed it, cleared my DNS cache through CMD and seek for help here. And yet, the problem is still there. Stuck at the loading part.

The funny thing is that my whole system is FRESHED! Just formatted it, hoping it will solve the problem and...

So what am I supposed to do? Have just sent a feedback to Microsoft regarding this matter.

Hey there.

I have just reformat my whole system and everything is still fresh. I havent install any software yet including antivirus. Problem arises when I try to use an online scanner to scan my pendrive.

However, at the left of the window, kaspersky error message prompted me to enable java and java script. I am using mozilla 3.0 and from what I can see from tools>options>content, java and java script are enable.

So what should I do? The system is still fresh.

Ok. As topic, how do I gain weight?

I am currently 16 years old, 175cm tall and weighing 53.5kg. Judging by that, I am of course very skinny. How do I gain at least 20kg so that my height is proportional to my height?

FYI, I have long pair of legs and a small body indeed. I play basketball often. So back to the question. How do I gain weight? What should and should not do?

The problem is that during the start-up, it takes quite some time to load the LAN and Wireless connection logo. I need to wait for them to appear after a couple of minutes before I can run anything smoothly.

I thought it could be overheating problem, so I got my laptop a cooler and it did cool down my laptop temperature by a bit but did not solve the problem?

I dont think ram would be the issue here since I only play Dota with this laptop.

I wont appreciate dumb comments

I got this specifications from one of Lex's post and wanted to build a rig according to this spec. The only thing is that I wanted to get HIS ATI Radeon HD4850 but they do not have any stock in my place. The only GCs available are Geforce and Palit. Can someone recommend any GC based on the brand given? I think they also have Forsa

Another one would be the PSU. THey do not have Silverstone but only CoolerMaster and AcBel. I have no option but to go for those limited choices. The other parts are available though.
