            <title>Starting up an oil n gas service provider company</title>

            <description>Hi everyone,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been handed a task by my bosses to set up an oil and gas company. Coming from a banking  industry, i have little knowledge about O&amp;amp;G industry. Here is what i need help the most.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. I need to propose to the management which area of business should we venture on. So i need some help with that. I&amp;#39;m thinking of vessels and oil field services. But what do you suggest?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. After identifying the scope of business, then come the petronas license registration part. Any tips and help pointing to a right direction is needed here. Any person i can speak to, or any company, or any course available.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Human resources and key management personnel. I dont know how the set up of an o&amp;amp;g company look like. So i need help on how the structure will look like, and for start up, which key personnel should be the priority to be added.&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;4. finding someone to head the operation. What criteria should we look for when finding someone to be a General Manager of this o&amp;amp;g company.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any help and suggestions are most welcome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thank you</description>

I decided to workout base on the program called burn the fat, feed the muscle by tom venuto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I started last tuesday. Any comments and suggestion about my workout and diets will always be appreciated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight on 12/4/2011 : 96kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chest, Shoulder, Triceps, Abs (Day One)&lt;br /&gt;1. Flat Bench Press: dumbbell, barbell or machine (chest)&lt;br /&gt;2. Incline Dumbbell flyes or pec deck flye machine (chest)&lt;br /&gt;3. Seated Dumbbell or machine overhead press (shoulders)&lt;br /&gt;4. Dumbbell side lateral raise (shoulders)&lt;br /&gt;5. Tricep Pushdown (triceps)&lt;br /&gt;6. Overhead tricep extension with dumbbell (triceps)&lt;br /&gt;7. Crunches (abs)&lt;br /&gt;8. Reverse Crunches (abs)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Legs, Back, Biceps, calves (Day two)&lt;br /&gt;1. Leg Press machine (quads)&lt;br /&gt;2. Leg extension machine (quads)&lt;br /&gt;3. Lying Leg Curl (hamstrings)&lt;br /&gt;4. Low back extension/hyperextension (lower back/hamstrings)&lt;br /&gt;5. Pull-ups or lat pulldowns (lats/upper back)&lt;br /&gt;6.             <title>Weight training for cutting/fat loss</title>

            <description>Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can some one help me identify clearly what type of weight training that is very effective for fat loss purpose. or in the other word, for cutting. I googled it before, and found no concrete answer. At this point, the weight training of less weight and more reps is the most popular workout type for cutting. But is it really that effective?? Can anyone help me to explain about it in more detail. any link or website is also sangat-sangat di alukan. If tak sempat because of classes, will do it after weight training. Sunday will be my rest day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My diet should look like this :-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast- cereal with milk&lt;br /&gt;pre lunch- fruit or low fat yougourt.&lt;br /&gt;Lunch- tuna sandwish  or egg sadnwish&lt;br /&gt;pre dinner- tuna sandwish( this will be my pre workout as well)&lt;br /&gt;after workout- eggs&lt;br /&gt;dinner- rice with chicken and vege or roast chicken and salad and potato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The exercise base on  Bodybuilding.com:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;all exercise will be done with 4 sets with 8-12 reps..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chest- barbell/dumbell bench press, incline dumbell benchpress, decline dumbell bench press, dumble flys.&lt;br /&gt;Tricep- close grip benchpress, skullcrusher, overhead tricep extension&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shoulder- military press, arnold press, dumbell side literal raise, dumbell front raise&lt;br /&gt;shrugs- barbell shrugs, barbell shrugs behind back, EZ bar upright row&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Back- stiff leg deadlift, dumbell row, Bent Over Two-Arm Long Bar Row and lat pull down&lt;br /&gt;biceps- EZ bar curl, alternate bicep curl, hammer curl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leg- Squat, barbell deadlift, barbell standing calf raise, leg press.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daily exercie- crunches 5 sets of 20 reps (increase gradually), push up 2 set until failure, dips 2 sets untill failure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thats it i think..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;any coment and opinion is appreciated..
