International Health Insurance

Hi guys,

Please help me out and mod if I am at the wrong section, feel free to move this thread to an appropriate section because my issue covers a lot of areas.

So basically I am a local uni student here in Malaysia, but I am going for my industrial training (internship) at Germany this October.

Since it is a mandatory internship, I am told I do not need to pay taxes and hence I have no social securities. To get my working permit, I need to be covered = buy a health insurance. I am told that my insurance should " take over any costs of possible treatments that match the benefits catalogue of any German health plan according to SGB V (Sozialgesetzgebung). The extent of the compensation amounts to 100 %.".
They need the insurance company to sign and say that they will do the above. Then only I can get my working permit..

So I wanna ask the taikor2 here if you know any good international health insurance, preferably for a short term? I'm just going there for 3 months and there's not a lot of need for health insurance here in Malaysia..

Also anyone with experiences interning in Germany I would appreciate your input too!

HDD is down

my HDD is down! shit, its from samsung.
I removed it from the mobo when I bought my 1TB, and then after that I've leave it aside for a few days.
after that, I hook up the HDD again and this time some weird error showed up.(still spinning)
I sense something is wrong, and I turn off my PC then took out the HDD.

now I tried wif my other PC, not working too. the shit thing is, its not even spinning!
what should I do now?

how much is data recovery as all my personal stuff are inside!

all help appreciated!

Hi everyone, having a dilemma of choosing between HTC HD or TD2.

both have about the same specs, and looks quite cool in my eyes.
HD over TD2:
big big big screen
thinner
cooler outlook in my opinion
better battery life

TD2 over HD:
smaller in size
keys are easier to press
scrollbar
NEW TF3D, cooler software
free future upgrade to WM6.5

so guys, which wan should I choose? I wan the big screen, but the new TF3D looks cooler!
