Pc won't start

Hi everyone,

My pc won't boot up when i push the start button. power and hard disk led blink once maybe not even 2 second. Nothing happened, fan not spinning. But the mobo led light up. Turn off power supply, turn on and then push start again, still the same. I don't know, is it my mobo dead or else? Anyone please help me.

Cannot Unhidden Folder

Hi everyone,

Encountered this problem last night. I have already change the option in the folder option to tick on show hidden file. Then nothing happened, hidden files didnt show up and when i went back to the folder option, there is no tick on both, do not show and show hidden file. Do it again, tick the box, see what happened, nothing and goe back to the folder option still the same, no tick on both box.

So, dont know is it virus or what, I just scan my pc this morning. Perhaps, it is a virus? Anyone encountered the same and manage to solve it? please help.

Anyone know how to change the setting so i can share if not in LAN(intranet) connection. Means, to share between ppl in different place use internet connection. Can or not?

wanna know izzit any software that can recover back corrupted(i guess) video file. video file type 3gp.

when click play it saying that "cannot rendered the files...". <-----kinda like these.

then i dunno how to get back d video.

hi guys.

hope dis d right section.

i'm playing C&C3 n supreme commander.at d beginning of d game,speed normal.just when it come to best part - when start attack,number army crowded game getting slow n sloow...
let say play for hours,then start back,d game speed still normal oso.at d later part it become slow.

i wanna know, wat make d game slower than when start d game actually.
izzit bottleneck case?anyone know or face d same problem...help pls.

last night i just format hdsk,win xp pro.then install driver for gc like usual.but when play game,at d first start..it shows many artifact.thing become normal when i set d graphic setting in game to i always set before format it.dat worry me...i've tried play bout 3 games,samething happened to all games.

jus wondering,is't d gc driver problm/or gc problm?
should i send warranty?

b'coz i've use 3 different driver to test d gc display in games.previously before format it,no problem at all...

guys...i hv 1 problm here.
whenever i connect my pendrive to usb it pop up dis msg

"this usb device can perform faster if you connect it to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port..."

my mobo support 2.0 usb connection & oso use xp.it should be perform at 2.0 speed. but why dis msg always appear...?
anyone hv idea why..

i just wanna know,what d exactly different btween pci-e slot, 1wif 16x and 2nd slot at 4x or 8x which not support 2.0 card wif 2.0pci-e slot 16x for x38 mobo when u run cf mode.
speed?performance?

And 1 more,can i put 2.0pcie card like 3870 for cf in non 2.0pci-e slot, i means mobo without support for 2.0pci-e gc.
if i do reversely, like put non 2.0pcie card in 2.0pce-i mobo for cf,is there will be problem then?

Quick launch..

guys,
1st my fren accidentially drag his desktop icon in quick launch to d desktop.
so he ask me how to place it back.we tried to drag it back to d taskbar but failed.

now i face d same situation too...
how to place it back to quick launch..?i only left d desktop icon in quick launch.not place other quick launch shortcut there.but now..just ter'drag it to desktop..so no more quick launch there even i enable quick launch in taskbar & start menu properties.

anyone know...?tQ

hdsk drive letter wierd..

sorry..noob Qs here.

currently my hdsk i split to 2 partition.1st partition i use for window.
but why the drive letter for windows partition show drive F?
have already try partition magic..when reboot,the software inintiate the task & then say some error there and cannot continue the process.after that,i reboot back the pc but cannot enter windows.

this happened 2 times already,since last week.after failed to enter windows i just format d hdsk.and now d drive for window shown as F and the other partition is D.plus..when i opened d hidden file including d system,there are some file usually shown in same partition in windows in d other hdsk.

anyone know how to change back d drive letter from F to C?it give me some trouble when install game which automatically set to save in drive letter C.
