Viomi VXRS01 Vacuum Robot Error 07

Hi all,

I bought a Xiaomi/Viomi VXRS01 Vacuum Robot recently from China, been working fine until one day it gave out Error 07 (foregin objects stuck (long hair) stuck within the brush). I have tried to remove all hairs from the 2 rotating brush and still the brush wont rotate causing it to stop and gave error code 07.

May I ask if anywhere in KL area provide service/repair/diagnostic ?
Or if there is one Xiaomi/Viomi service center in KL ?

Need your advise / input urgently........

How to appeal Summon that I did not commit

Dear all,

Yesterday login to myeg and found that I have a summon that I did not even present on the day.

The summon said :

Offense Date : 13/11/2012 (Deepavali) at 11:43:00
Vehicle : my car A which I never used on public holidays n weekends
Issue district : Cameron Highlands
Offense Details : Disobeying Traffic Sign
photo : no

The actual fact is, on this day 13/11/2012 , I drove car B and left my car A in my garage .......

10am : Having dim sum at Tai Thong Bukit Bintang
11.30am : paid bill with credit card but I lost the receipt n credit card slip
12pm : Shopping for grocery at Tesco Ampang
1.49pm : Paid bill with credit card (luckily I still have the copy with me)

So now, my question is how to appeal ?
Do I make a police report ?
Can I just email all the receipts and write an appeal email ? If can, what is the email address ?

p/s : My conclusion :
1) The police is either blind or simply issue summon to make himself happy
2) There is another car having the same CAR Registration with mine
