Working in Denmark

Guys, anyone here ever worked or lived in Denmark before? My current company just offered me a job in Copenhagen, basically cross country posting. It's for application and data architeture position and its a mangerial position. Currently waiting for HR to come out with a salary proposal for me.

Any ideas what i should be expecting? Am told by my collegues to expect minimal around DKK35,000 per month which is equivalent to MYR22,000 per month. Is that reasonable to live in denmark? How about taxes, am quite confuse about the tax level and i don't want to get it wrong because the taxes in demark are impossibly high.

Any info is much appreciated.
