IPTA or IPTS?..

the story is like this...
i jz finished my diploma in a local IPTS last december...
at first, the reason i took my diploma in IPTS is because that my SPM results are not that good n i failed the UPU application...
n nw that i oredi graduated wif a diploma n hv goten a good CGPA, i wanna further my studies to the degree level...
bt i'm currently in limbo, whether to go for IPTA or IPTS...
the pros for IPTA is that the fees is much cheaper, bt the cons is that i cant do any credit transfer so i hv to spend a full 4years of degree regardless of my diploma...
as for IPTS,the pros is that i can do some credit transfer, and i can shortened the length of studies from 4years to 3years, bt the cons is well for sure the fees, its doubled compared to IPTA...

so wat do u guys think?..where would u go if ur in my shoes?...opinions needed...plz..
