2.4Ghz and 5Ghz connection

Last weekend I went to Singapore.
Using my iPhone 6S
Connect to a 2.4Ghz SSID (DLink DIR-868L router)
Did a Speedtest and got this result.

Then connect to a 5Ghz SSID (on the same router)
Did a Speedtest and got this result.

How come I can get a faster speed on the 5Ghz connection?

My PC got hit by lightning

My PC got hit by lightning last week.
I cannot power ON the PC anymore.
Sent to shop for repair, shop said mobo needs replacement.
But they recommend MSI mobo with only 2 memory banks.

Currently my mobo (Intel DG965WH with 4 memory slot) installed with 2x 1G DDR2 677Mhz and 2x 512MB DDR2 677Mhz Corsair RAM.
Has built-in graphics port and 5x USB 2.0 ports at the rear and 2x USB 2.0 ports in the front cover.
Processor is Intel E6300.
2x 250GB Sata hard disk.

I want to use back the RAM on the new mobo.

Please recommend the mobo that has the same feature as the Intel DG965WH.
