I would like to ask...when remisier tell you there is a buy-in..ask you want or not...the profit of the buy in hv to share 50% with remisier?

remisier also said after sell how much of my share, he will help me buy back how much qty of the share for me at the lowest price..
may i know wat if the remisier failed to buy back...wat can i do?

is there any other rules (official or unofficial) about buy-in?

housing loan and refinance questions

hi ppl, I need some help and advice, can anyone teach me?

if a new property with free legal fees on SPA, free legal fees on loan agreement, free stamp duty on loan agreement

questions:

1. name on property must be = name on housing loan?

2. can i put the property with only my name
but
the housing loan with my name and a joint name? the purpose of adding a joint name is to reduce my commitment from the bank point of view?

3. will 2. cause me unable to get the free on SPA, free legal fees and free stamp duty?

4. after lock-in period, banker told me can do refinance to remove the joint name. this 1 i am not sure, usually ppl do refinance to reduce blr or cash out or make installment lesser or drag long loan period. refinance can remove joint name?

5. if do refinance means i have to pay those stamp duty, loan agreement fee and etc etc again izzit??

6. is the method above advisable?

7. can housing loan add guarantor? any pros can cons? requirement of guarantor? can be any family member or relative who is willing?

8. housing loan with joint name better or with guarantor better for my case?

Annoying Sound After Change Brake Pad

I changed my brake pad 3 weeks ago...until now... every time when i drive slowly and stepped on the brake..there are those annoying "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" sounds appear...nearly driving me crazy....

if I hv enough $$ in my TRUST account to cover the payment for my shares that i hv just bought....

is it consider i hv paid for the shares?

will it automatically settle the contract/shares?

do i still need to transfer $$ to the trust account to pay for the shares?

or, how do i pay for the shares?
