The first time during the warranty period and I happily sent the printer to Samsung Service Center. To my surprise, the tech. told me no problem at all. I tested the printer and yes, it worked fine. <br /><br />Recently, the problem crop up again. The paper failed to feed in. Tried to use lighter paper (ie 70 gm) but of no help. Tried with different paper brand, still the same.
