1 week after breaking up, u got together with her.
2 months after breaking up, u called me up and arranged for a time to talk and wanted to pass me something.
i was naive, i was soft-hearted, i was hoping for something.
i met up wit you this morning at 6am.
you gave me my belated birthday present.
it was a beautiful diamond necklace that i have wanted for so long.
we talked.
u told me about both of u.
i was hurt once more.
how much different she is compared to me.
the only thing that she could give you and i couldn't was giving u more freedom.
but u said she is nobody if she were to be compared to me for what i've done and willing to do for u.
both of u argued since the past few days.
u felt that she wasnt the right person for u.
but u couldn't leave her.
just because u have asked her to come stay with you.
for u, she quited her job from another state and gonna come stay with u after CNY.
both of u will pay for her car loan together, and support each other.
only a couple of months being together, yet so much commitments already.
both of us, 5 years! u planned alot, but did nothing.
i know i was wrong for controlling many things in your life.
but i realised, and i changed.
all i asked for was "do we have the chance to get back together again?"
your reply was, "let me try out this new relationship with her and see how it goes. if she is not the right person for me, i'll come back to u."

i dun know when was the last time i cried so hard. but i know this is the first time in 2008.
even harder than when we unofficially broke up.
i wanted to leave, i could not bare to see your face anymore.
i wanted to just go home and bury my head in the covers and cry my heart out.
u wouldn't let me go.
i insisted.
before i got down the car, i took the necklace and broke it in front of you.
i did it so hard that my hand bleed.
but it wasn't as painful as the stab you put through my heart.
u cried. even harder than me.
i told u.
if i couldn't get something, i wouldn't let anyone get it too.
i came home.
the thought of killing myself came to my mind.
but i thought twice.
is it worth killing myself for you?
i have a better future ahead.
i wouldn't wanna ruin it for a person who doesn't appreciate me.
hope u've found the right person.
hope she is the right one for u.
hope that u will be happy in future.

does appearance matters?

i feel that nowadays, almost everyone judges people by their appearance. so what if they are ugly/fat/imperfect? they never allow these people to show their inner beauty and they shun them just like that.

for instance, online meeting new people.
"do you have a picture?" , "can i see your picture?", "do you have a photo of yourself?"
the first thing some people ask is to see the picture of the person their chatting with.

their reason?
"i just wanna know who am i chatting with so i don't feel like i'm talking to a stranger."

ok fine. if this is the case. its kinda acceptable.

but once the picture is being shown, the person who requested for the picture will stop talking to the other person if he/she is not good looking.

i admit it happened to me a couple of times, (yes, i'm not PRETTY, BUT AT LEAST I'M NOT EVIL!) . and it happened to a few of my friends too.

i have a friend who liked a guy, and she kinda hinted to him that she has feelings for him. the guy got the message but he told his friend that he will never accept her as his girlfriend just because she is fat and ugly! and she is one of the sweetest girl i've ever met.

WTF?

why why why is this happening?? why are people so realistic?

does it mean that only people with good looks are able to make new friends?

how bout those that are NOT pretty/handsome/cute/PERFECT/WHATEVER?
