Hello to car enthusiast over here,
I need buying guide between a new perodua myvi auto vs 2nd hand honda jazz 5/6 years old with mileage about 86k-90k km.
Both cars price is about RM50k, and planning to pay 20k as the downpayment.

The owner of the honda jazz is actually my fren's fren and according to him, he has been servicing the car with honda authorized shop only without late servicing date etc etc.

I have test drive on both cars, and satisfied with both cars performance(actualy honda better but i'm ok with myvi as well).
My concern now is which car would be more worth it in long term run(say in 10years time). I'm worried which car will give more probs in the future. Some of my other concerns are:

- What would be the FC of both car?
- How much does it cost for servicing? and how frequnet is it Monthly?per 10k km?
- How much is the resale value?
- Insurance cost that need to pay every year.
- Spare parts availability and cost.
- What is the loan interest now?30k for 5 years. I will call bank later but at the same if forumer here can get better rate i can take it.

I hope someone can assist me in these questions.

I was told by my friend that the investment return is about 12% monthly, but not sure for how long.

Hello everyone,
My PC produces a periodic toottt sound every 2s last night.
The last action done on my PC was changing the motherboard battery. Is all motherboard batteries having same specs? I took the battery from my old motherboard and replace in on my PC. Immediately after that, it unable to start, even after changing back to the original battery.

Anyone can help me to solve this problem?Is this really cause the battery?I check the descrition written in the battery both having the same id number CR2032 if i not mistaken. Thanks.

hello all, i'm in tough decision now. Currently, Im working as PE in a local company which doing fully international business. I got the offer from Infineon Technologies recently as engineer in PS department.

The problem is my current boss counter offer me with salary no less than Infineon offer and even promoted me to be a section head. I have already signed the offer letter from Infineon. I got this 50-50 feeling to go or not to go because of the counter offer. I see infineon has better benefit than my current company. I heard a lot of good things from infineon.

Can somebody here help me pls? I need a wise decision wether to go or not to go.

Speaker Problem

hello everyone. The problem started 1-2 months ago wre sometimes my wooffer produced beep sound periodically after On for a while. I tought it was because the surge from swtching on other electrical device but it is not.

Now after On it for a while like 15 minutes the wooffer will beep madly, and I have to swith off and on again to make it normal again. But after a while the beep comes again. Its really irritating when Im watching dvd and have to pause to on off the speaker.

May i know what causing this? Im using creative audigy 2 sound card. Is it because of the wooffer problem? I notice that the bass sound from the woofer also already 'pecah'.
can the woofer be repaired? (the warraty over oredi)
