RPM fluctuated

Hi, I'm driving Honda Jazz 2004 1.5L VTEC.
Recently my car act weird. RPM fluctuated when I maintain a constant speed and same position of throttle.

Any ideas? Sifu pls help

Serial port Communication interface

I'm final year engineering student. Currently working out the robot project.
I have an idea which is mount a computer on my robot. But i have only little knowledge about computer programming language such as visual basic and C language.
So i'm here to hear advice from u all expert.

The plan is
user computer will send command by bluetooth to robot computer which mount on the robot
and then 2nd computer will send command to microcontroller.
Put in simple way is communication btw

user PC <----> bluetooth <-----> robot PC <-----> microcontroller <-----> hardware control system

robot PC will use <serial com port> as a interface for the bluetooth and microcontroller
and the main purpose of using PC on the robot is
- better advantage on controlling and debugging
- better communication btw user PC and robot

I plan to use VB6 as it has pre-function object which enable communcation with serial com port (MSCOMM)

So my question is
- is hard to implement these?
- is VB6 good enough for processing signal and respond to the hardware side? (since i plan to robot PC as signal processing and microcontroller act as interface with hardware control system)

my major problem is how to interface from software side to hardware side....

laptop auto restart

i had read the pinned auto-restart thread
but i still cant solve my prob...

my laptop auto-restart jz after the window logo bootup
there is jz a flash of BSOD which is too quick then it auto restart, i unable to read the prob

i tried to enter safe mode but failed.

so wat's the solution available me to try?

It's so hard to remove this spyware
I tried to download anti-spyware and remove but failed to do that
because it cant able to scan this spyware + this spyware will make anti-spyware software crash
I know this spyware is running from everytime i start my pc

Recently, i log in to a website to check who block me in msn
After finish checking, my msn auto copy n paste link to my contact list
but now even i din sign in to msn, my fren in msn oso receive my link

So izzit tat website had stole all my contact list and spread out the link?
or the hidden program store inside my computer?
how to clear this?

Do u familiar with this logo b4 u login to ur desktop?

As u can see, the shadow behind the word is incorrect colour
But i found that older version catalyst (7.11) is work fine on this logo
I tried to upgrade to latest version 8.1, the problem is still occur

I know this is a small problem,but i jz wonder find out y like tis
izzit this problem affect my graphic card performance?

my card is HD 2600 XT
