2)Should an investor automatically choose highest rate?Why or why not?

I bought my U-mobile prepaid simcard online
and finally I got it today,
but the problem is I couldnt send any sms.
I can call out
and even ask my friend to send me a sms from DIGI,
but I dint receive at all.
I dont have any friend using U-mobile number.

Im using x10 mini now.
Izit bcuz of phone setting?
I got the setting from online

Im from sg long wana use U41 to go KL Sentral.
I am thinking not to straight away go Pasar Seni but go serdang and use KTM go KL Sentral.
Izit hard to find where is serdang KTM located after i down frm U41 rapid bus?
Did i have to walk far?
and can i just purchase the ktm ticket that day?
and where can i know wad time there is a ktm??
