[WTA ] Bank Refuse to disburse housing loan

Hi forummers

i'm aksing on behalf of my friend since he feel stress like hell

one of my frend got very serious problem with bankers

-Loan already approved
-All SNP, bank security document binding and stamped
-Deposit to seller Rm 50k paid already
-Lawyer already send document to land office and Grant / Title already change to my friend name and charged to Bank
-So, the title already my friend name as a new owner.
-Lawyer send instruction to bank to disburse balance
-Bank refuse to disburse money because they told they re-check with CCRIS and my friend record are very unhealthy-late pay, missing in action etc (But, not blacklisted or Bankrupt)

So, bank now intend to CANCEL the loan facility. Crazy!!..after all the step done and money involved (SnP @ 6 K , Bank lawyer @ 5K, MOT @ 10K ,deposit 50K, etc-etc)...

Very complicated because the Title already charged and change name (Cannot make loan with others bank).

Any suggestion??

Hi,

i have question :

1) For first 10 years, actually how much portion for Interest and Principal? it is 70/30? or 50/50?..its is all the bank use same formula ? Because one banker tell me mostly local banker give good principal portion compare to foreign bank...it is true?

2) It is Fully Flexi loan (e.g : MortageOne, CIMB Flexi-i, Citibank Flexi, Alliance wish-i flexi) use same method to do calculation? i means in term of reducing balance / principal and daily rest calculation. If yes, means can i use the the standard chartered calculator to calculate the all loan from any bank (full flexi)?

My frend just opened a chalet / motel. He plan to install TV at every room (20 nos room number and will add future).
I suggest to him to follow hotel settings tv channel. Normally hotel TV got a few channel :

7) AXN -Astro
8) HBO - Astro
9) National Geograpic - Astro
10) Star Movies - Astro

My Question :

How to settings this channel...all room already got coax cabel from room to control room ...

for astro channel...how much decoder must have ..i think 4 nos because got 4 channel...and how the rate?

need to install channel modulator?...
