Visa Requirement: Transit in Beijing

Hi all travel gurus,
I will be flying from Paris to Singapore with a 10-hour stopover at Beijing Capital International Airport.
May we check with you if Malaysian is required to apply for a transit visa for that?
Is Malaysian eligible for their 24-hour Visa Free Transit Scheme?

If I would like to leave the airport for short sight-seeings, am I allowed to do so?
Hope someone could enlighten me on this.

Two types of services are being offered at the moment, namely Spree Service and BuyForMe Service.
- For Spree Service, you can enjoy lower price due to bulk purchase but conversely, you may need to wait longer to receive your order while waiting for the spree to collect adequate orders to maximize shipping efficiency.
- For fast deals and sale events, it is advised to opt for BuyForMe Service to catch the deals. Cost of the items may be slightly higher if you purchase 1-2 items in a single order.

US shipments are prearranged every 2-3 weeks, depending on package volume. Either DHL Express or FedEx will be delegated to handle the overall shipping process from USA to Malaysia and transit time varies from 4-5 business days, subject to custom clearance. On the other hand, the quoted price (plus postage fee, if applicable) is what you need to pay. There will be no collection of additional fees from you so no hidden fees and bill shock to be worried about.

To place an order, just follow these steps as below:
1. LIST OUT the items you wish to purchase, in the form of URL links for price quotation which is inclusive of International Shipping, Handling Fee and Taxes.
2. CONFIRM your order by making the deposit payment of RM 50 or 30% of the total payable amount, whichever higher

* The Quoted Price has included US Domestic Shipping Fee (if applicable), International Shipping Fee, Handling Fee and Custom Taxes. Therefore, the price given to you is NETT and no additional fee will be collected from you, besides local postage fee (if applicable).

For Malaysian Customers, Pos Laju is the only shipping method used.
- RM 7* (Peninsula Malaysia) or FREE* on orders above RM 150
- RM 10* (Sabah & Sarawak) or FREE* on orders above RM 200
* Covered package weight up to 2kg. Additional fee of RM 3 for every 500g thereafter applies, if package weighed over 2kg
Complementary Pos Laju Insurance is given on package value exceeding RM 1,000.

For Singaporean Customers, both Normal Mail and Registered Mail are offered.
- Normal Mail*: FREE on any orders
- Registered Mail: SGD 3
* sgDrugstore is not liable for any compensation, in the event of lost Normal Mail.

For International Customers, Registered Airmail and Pos Laju International are available.
- Rate is subject to package weight and dimension.

- In order to prevent any backout or MIA orders, minimum deposit of RM 50 or 30% of total order amount, whichever higher is required.
- Any failure to make the deposit payment, your order will be deemed as invalid.
- Deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be given, if customers would like to cancel the order after it has been placed to the designated US online store.
- Refund of deposit can be made, if customers changed their mind before the order was submitted to the merchant.
