How to pay off a loan for a property?

Tried to search through some keywords but I am getting too many hits so am starting a quick topic. I currently have a housing loan with Maybank that I am looking to pay off as I have sufficient cash to do so. Need advice on what should I do to initiate the process? Is a lawyer needed?

Hie all,

Am building a Intel I9-12900 platform with B760 Asus board and trying to find a good DDR4 module ( 8 or 16Gb ) with some overclocking headroom. Read all about the SAmsung B dies but doesn't seem to be able to find a brand that guarantees it. Can anyone recommend a good module to buy? Looking to get within these two months.

Hie guys,

Tried searching this side of the forums but don't see any details on where can I get a Sony TV repaired. Basically, the speakers of my tv are gone ( crackling and bass sounds like farts ) as my GF always turn the volume up to 30-40% while playing crappy youtube sites. Am looking to repair as I am not looking to buy a new TV any time soon. Does any one know of a repair centre in Penang to do so?

I got a new Logitech Z560 like 16 years ago but I did not use it and it was in the store room ever since then. Colleague told me that the capacitors are prolly dead but I am abit curious on firing up. Should I keep it or throw it away? I would need to buy a step down transformer for this as it requires 110v.

As most Honda drivers know, their quality of the headlamps are pretty useless with it turning yellow after 4-5 years. I've been polishing and covering the headlamp with a layer of tint on a yearly basis but am getting tired of this and looking to change it. Honda wants 1.5k for a pair....lol..anybody has done it outside through a reliable workshop before? Looking for somewhere within Subang/Sunway area.

Hie folks....am looking for a reputable and reliable workshop that works on Honda engines in pg or pj. currently my engine is nearing 300k km in mileage and it's consuming Abit too much oil for my liking and would like understand what's going on. I've tried a free things but none changed the consumption by much... Need a workshop to look at it rather than tell me the obvious; change car or it's like that for an old engine.. car is a 2004 2.4..
