Date of transaction: Friday 6 June 2014 - 21.00

summary : seller giving wrong information which leads to fatal iphone issue, iphone camera itself found to be got some problem, i demand to cancel this deal and return the phone back

Details of the complaint :

6 June
- i went for cod with him at mcd tesco puchong, the deal is to swap my lg g2 with his locked carrier iphone 5
- we both checked each other's phone, no issue with my unit, his unit is iphone 5 softbank which he claimed bought by his wife in japan,
- when he put my sim inside the sim the network keeps droping/not stable/network search, he configure the rsim setting and restart the phone few times
- he said few times to fix this network intermittent issue i need to do restore iphone in itunes from there there will be carrier update, after that he said the network will be ok
- he said if anything happen, he will still be in KL till sunday (if not mistaken) if anything happen/any issue just contact him, he can come to cyberjaya ... no problem, he said that few times
- he also said he usually give warranty, anything just let him know
- im quiet sure he is actually a nice person to talk to as we also discuss few things about phone
- with this i decide to ok with the deal.

- all the way back home while driving, i can see the network still intermittently searching, max is edge (e) try to call few numbers always failed
- well i thought this is normal because i need to do restore iphone in itunes then do carrier update (as per what the seller told me)
- reach home around 11.00pm, quiet tired, then decide to do those update tomorrow
- while waiting my eyes to sleep, i play around with the phone, snap some pictures here and there, then i found there are around 4 - 5 dark spots on the picture taken
- try to snap in another object, spots still there, then i notify the seller via sms and pm him in lyn, then he sais he also didnt notice
- during the cod time, i told seller that one of the reason i decide to change to iphone is because its camera performance

7 June
- feeling lost and a lot inconveniance with the phone condition, decide to ask seller to meet up, he is ok, he said no problem to go to cyberjaya, he said same time which is 9pm
- i did iphone restore (as per his instruction) so can do carrier update, hoping after that there is progress with the network
- in the end the phone asking previous owner apple id to activate, it wont accept my apple id
- im leaving home (kota warisan) at 8.00pm heading to cyberjaya, inform seller that im on my way.33
- 8.35 only he replied he has no transport at that moment, i sms few times asking what time can reach cyberjaya but no reply from him, i called him numerous times but rejected, he also seems blocked me from whatsapp
- no other way, ive tried to sms him and call him, call always rejected, he got reply few times, he said finding transport, battery kong,
- i ask him where is his current location, but no reply
- i wait him from 9-12.15, as i was still hoping seller is a responsible person, well, he is the one who says, if anything just let him know, he will go to cyberjaya... no problem
- after wasting my time and energy, then i decide to go back home, no respond/update from seller
- i was still hoping nothing happen with him while he's driving to cyber
- at home i sms and call, no respond, i leave few message in lyn inbox, also no respond

8 june
- sms and call him few times in the morning, yet no respond
- decide try to call him with other number, he answer, after few seconds he heard me then he drop the call
- i guess the only option rite now is to key in the previous owner which is his wife, whether he give the apple credentials or we meet up and he can do that.

to my new friend @clone^trooper aka azlan/azian : do urself a favor to clarify/provide explanation, i waited u for almost 5 hours but dint showed up, any reason why ? u did mention u can go to cyberjaya in case if any issue, u said no problem... i keep ur words bro
i want my g2 back if this iphone cant be used, its asking activation because u told me that i need to do restore iphone... u the one who told me that, is it my fault if i follow ur instruction ?
a part from there the camera also consider in troubleac with those spots, no point for me to keep ur iphone (if its finally activated) as the reason for me to swap with u is to expect the proper iphone camera function
