[Recruitment] Malaysian 2D Artists

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for **Malaysian 2D artists** who are interested in creating commercial game assets and earning from their work through revenue sharing.

I currently run **Cynthia Tools**, where we publish and sell RPG Maker MZ plugins and game-development tools on itch.io:

We’re now planning to expand **Cynthia Tools** into **2D game assets**, and I’m looking for artists who may be interested in joining us as asset creators.

### What kind of artwork are we looking for?

Examples include:

* Character sprites
* Character portraits
* Monsters / enemies
* Battlers
* Weapons and items
* Icons
* UI elements
* Tilesets
* Backgrounds
* Visual novel characters
* Card-game artwork
* Other 2D assets that game developers can actually use

Pixel art and non-pixel art are both welcome.

### Main requirements

**1. You must be Malaysian.**

This project is specifically intended to support and showcase Malaysian creators.

**2. No AI-generated artwork.**

The submitted work must be created by you. We want to build a catalogue of genuine human-made artwork, not another store filled with AI-generated asset packs.

**3. You must own the rights to your work.**

No stolen artwork, traced commercial artwork, ripped game assets, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to sell.

### How it works

This is not a job vacancy with a fixed monthly salary.

The idea is to work with selected artists to create commercially usable game-asset packs.

**Cynthia Tools will handle things such as:**

* Product packaging
* Store setup
* Product descriptions
* Promotional graphics
* Marketing
* Publishing
* Sales presentation

The artist focuses mainly on creating the artwork.

Revenue from the asset packs will then be shared between the creator and **Cynthia Tools**.

Exact revenue-sharing terms and product arrangements will be discussed with selected creators before anything is published.

would be grateful if everyone can help me out on this simple survey.

question:

1)If you were to wash your house carpet, Do you prefer the cleaning company come to your house and wash or you will prefer the carpet to be taken away from your house to wash at the company shop.

2) Whats the timeframe if you wanted to wash your house carpet:

Does everyone is having massive lag in this few days ? Or is only me ?

It was fine until the lag getting more and more starting at 1st of March.

If i turn my "blogspot.com" to a "www." will i still be able to access my blog dashboard for future posting?

and can i turn off the navbar of blogspot since my blog is change to "www." and not using ".blogspot.com" anymore ?
