Hi All, i drive a 3 year old 50k+ millage GOLF GTI MK6.

I'm topping up 1L for every 3000 - 4000 km. Is this normal?

this creaking sound come on and off especially when making a turn, in my case right turning..

the sound is even more obvious at higher speed (90kmh) at a normal bend...

technically when the car is moving to the right at a bend..the front left suspension is contracting..

soi guess the creaking sound could be something related to my suspension? i'm also guessing the struts..or it could be the wheel bearing..hmm

any of u guys counter this problem before? mind to share

its time for me to seek truth about all those thermogenic products in the market outthere wether it really works or its just another plain advertising that will only waste your money and time.

i'm gonna post picture of myself before and after my 1 month work out and balance dieting programme. cuz afaik threads is dead without pics? My goal is to achive lean body with some visible abs and muscle. so in addition taking HYDROXYCUT(R) i'm gonna take whey protien after my workouts

any1 of you heard about L-cartine before? went to a shop in sunway prymid today which sells diet supplements for bodybuilding etc etc..a man recomended this product which contains L-cartine will help to burn those unwanted bodyfat...juz take 2 tablets before workout..

any1 of u tried this product before? any feedback?
