recently my front passenger side tyre when pressing on throttle feel like the front tyre did not able to rotate uniformly compare to driver side

i can feel like the tyre is jumping where i can felt on the steering too but the steering did not tend to steer towards left or right

sometime i let go the throttle and press throttle again the symptom gone but sometime it's still persist

anyidea what should i do? allignment? balancing?

Problem details
i had been always use dyndns service to access to my dvr camera by remontely
everything work fine until recently where i can't access them anymore

so i check on the modem page to check on the wan ip address connected and compare with http://www.whatismyip.com/

up to my surprise they were showing different ipaddress and ddns or no-ip is pairing up with wan ip address shown in the modem which is definitely wrong

if there anyone facing similar issue?

i just change to this new modem due to my old modem not functioning anymore

but i seems not able to successfully setup ddns with dynamic dns or no-ip all was not able to access after ddns setup

under tp-link modem page my ip showing is 10.x.x.x but when i check on whatismyip ip address is becoming 203.x.x.x

so which should i follow?
my modem will restart everyday when restart the ip address updated would follow 10.x.x.x however when i manually update using computer ip address will become 203.x.x.x

i already apply port forwarding but seems that not accessible?

the main function i looking on the pos system would be

-monthly usage on stock in and out (for total quantity and
cost price for each item)
- stock batch module
-current stock / monthly usage = <2 show remind
-multi price level
-if an item i purchase in bulk let say 100pcs, so i would like to set the prices accordingly to the pcs being sold
e.g. 1psc price a
10 psc price b
and etc

allow me to track on the stock expiry so that the system would remind me when a stock is expiring in 3 month time

i will be using the modem for long hour 5-13hour per day
