Date of transaction: 28th March 2011

Details of the complaint :
Bought a blouse from this seller last month, was promised to receive the item but did not,
thus was offered a refund which is delayed again and again.

Although, it is just a small amount of RM 10, but I want to bring this issue forward to warn
others in the ladies site that this lady is an irresponsible seller. And this is the first time
I'm facing this problem. Please advice.

As topic, I got someone to reformat my Fujitsu Esprimo U9200 running on Vista. Now it's still using Vista, but when I open certain web / program / games, my fan keeps on running like some sort of turbo engine continuously. Does anyone have a solution for this matter?
