Healthier Diet

I know there are tons of guides out there that promote healthy diets.

How about trying to have a healthier diet based purely on freely available outside food? What recommendations are there for the average Malaysian that does not cook at home.

Where do you go to for your dinner usually? Simple "Chap Fan" , Subway, chicken rice shop ?

Petronas Research and Technology

Just wondering what the Petronas Research and Technology Division is like. I believe that it is a subsidiary company of Petronas? I cannot find much information on them at the moment.

I got invited to a technical interview at KLCC Convention Centre. What is the interview like? I assume they would have a lot of shortlisted candidates besides me on the day?

Just wondering if anyone has heard of this company or know someone who works in it. It seems to be a subsidiary of Pilot Plant Malaysia but I can't seem to find much information with regards to it. Would like to know the working environment or any useful information with regards to the company.

Production or Project Engineer

B.E (Mechanical) fresh grad

Option A:
Project engineer in small (<20 employees) air-conditioning contracting company
- site experience, usually sole handling projects while reporting to manager.

Option B:
Production engineer in MNC
- production line, implement ISO9001, forecast usage etc

Just pondering as to which option would offer better career progression. In other words, would the experience gained from one option be more valuable(CV,financially etc.) compared to the other option? I do not have a huge preference with regards to the job scope for both options. What is the working condition for production engineers usually? Thanks.
