Small network problem

Personal equipment
Modem/Router: Billion Bipac 5112S
Switch: Unknown 8 ports switch
Firewall used: Software
Hosts: 3

Additional info:
- All PCs have been assigned with a static IP together with the DNS entries.

Suspected problems: DNS or NAT settings in the router.

I have this problem when suddenly all the computers connected to the switch can't access to the Internet. I somehow managed to get a temporary solution by Right Click on the LAN icon and select Repair. Finally able to access the Internet (loading a webpage) but I still need to use the Repair function for every page reload or clicking a new link.

This problem will 'go' away after doing cold restart on the router but it will come back after few hours of normal Internet usage. Take note: I don't have the physical access to the router itself.

I really need to fix this problem after weeks of wretchedness...
