Got bitten by a pet dog, Afraid of rabies

Hi all,

While walking on a housing area street, I was bitten by a dog that came out from one of the houses. It wasn't really a deep bite, just a shallow one but there was still some blood.

I went to the doctor to get it checked. Doctor said it was alright and gave me a tatanus shot and also to find out whether the dog was vaccinated. I went back to try and find the owner but I couldn't locate the owner or the dog. It's been 4 days already, and I'm starting to feel aching on my legs, slight feverish and headache. Just after the day I was bitten I went to the Penang Bridge Run.

I'm just afraid because I'm not sure whether the symptoms I am feeling is from rabies or from the Penang Bridge Run. Does anyone knows anything about rabies in Malaysia among dogs?

Running/Jogging to lose weight

Does anyone have an effective jogging/running program to lose weight. I have googled this and have gotten many different results. The most common one I see is usually a combination of walking the first minute then jogging the subsequent minute throughout the week. I have seen many different routines and was wondering which particular plan would be the most effect to lose weight. Any tips for this? Something like a 5 - 6 week running plan.

I'm currently searching for any PC shop around Selangor/KL area that provides services such as to redo-ing my cable management, installing watercoolers, reseating my heatsink, upgrade my PC parts, etc etc. I remember there used to be such a shop called ModernoPC, but unfortunately it's not there anymore.

I just added a few extra internal hard drive to my computer.

My C Drive would be the primary partition.

But what should i set my other hard drives to... logical drive, primary partition or active?

System Auditor Switch SAP Consultant

I'm currently working as a system auditor for one of the big 4's in Malaysia for 3 years. I am very familiar with the SAP systems used by many different companies. However lately, I feel I do not belong in this field. I currently have a CISA and CPA cert, with an accounting degree.

Is it possible for me to switch into the field of a SAP Consultant?

Hello all, I'm very very interested in learning ABAP Programming Language for future prospect. However at the moment, I don't have any knowledge on programming, just a little bit of programming I've learned myself such as PHP, VB and Java. I'm a very fast learner with a passion for programming.

Whats the normal idle temperature for a stock hsf for a intel CPU.

My temperature is around 45C to 50C.

Intel i7 920, max idle is between 80C to 89C

1) Corsair 800mhz, DDR2 4gb ram

or

2) Corsair 1333mhz, DDR3 3gb ram

Which one of this would give a better performance?

Edited: The DDR3 ram is 1333mhz.
