P1 Wimax suspend account before bill overdue?

Hi all, I'm not sure whether this had been discussed before recently I noticed extra charge from my p1 bill, guest what?! I have been charged for reconnection fee from suspension for this the 3rd months already totally 60 ringgit.

I'm not sure whether is it right for them to suspend our account before the bill overdue date and charged us reconnection fee?

For my case my due date of payment is on 19th every month. I usually pay on 5-7th ,and have been this way from 2009! but recently they suspend my account on 4th. And resume 2 days after i pay the normal fee ( not include reactivation fee) which made me wonder why are they reconnecting my internet if they think I'm not paying full amount, and why do they even suspend my account before the bill on due date, and force me to bear reactivation fee which should not be there at the first place?

Should I make report to CFM? Anyone having similar issue?

i believe my case is the same with the trick post in here,
so i whoever is the another seller.

this guy (bridalworks) has scam me 50usd. its not much but its still unforgiveable.

at first he want me to buy 100usd funds from him.
he ask me to transfer the money RM300 into
